Disappointing. They were great quality for the price. I purchased them for my kids so they are pretty hard on them - they have lasted so far.

I don't have big ears at all yet they just press on my ear. I've bought headphones for less that actually cup around the ear. The sound quality was there but the headphones felt flimsy. I will be returning them today.

Headset Call Quality worse than analog phone lines, 100 - 4000Hz < 8000 Hz, 16 bit, (Probably actually 12) - for the microphone and earphones. 2. No USB Workaround: You cannot plug the headset directly into your computer using the USB connection - to have a high quality call. ------------- # Strange Work Around: # http://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/zx330bt/v1/en/contents/TP0000773523.html In this System, I changed it all the way down to "Priority on stable connection" - just to make sure that the other side could hear as best as possible. There are some novel new technologies, like LDAC which would allow higher compression, better quality - but it appears proprietary to Sony products, and doesn't help when pairing with other devices like Windows 10, Android, Linux, etc. ------------- # Actual Specs: # BestBuy's specification list is missing key information. What should be considered here - is the Bluetooth Transmission bandwidth - regardless of the physical capabilities: When the device is in Stereo mode - for listening to music, games, etc - the Transmission range (A2DP), is: 20 Hz - 20,000 Hz (Sampling frequency 16 bit/44.1 kHz) But - when being used as an Actual Headset, the Effective frequency range of the Microphone AND the Headset: is 100 Hz - 4,000 Hz < 8000 Hz, (Maybe 12bit?) -far worse than old analog phone lines. Not very durable headphones
