Excellent sound and very portable. It is very fun to see the surprise face of friends when they expect couple big speakers and the Sony speaker is just on front of them.

I bought this speaker when it first came out for 50$ and I've never had an issue. On full blast there is no fuzziness and is very clear audio. Also, it is water resistant. I highly suggest getting this speaker.

I'm in love with my new blue sony ultraportable bluetooth speaker!! I'm actually listening to it as I write this lol I wanted a speaker so that I could use bluetooth and an aux adapter (for my old sony mp3 player since the Bluetooth adapter is no longer available) for work, around the house or outside this summer at the pool, I've found it! It's so perfect I think I want another one to pair them together not because one isn't loud enough because it's sound output is great alone but just because I think it's cool! I have this hooked up to me iphone and use it for heavy bag workouts in my garage. Sound quality is great. Volume is great. And I like the compact size. Has some weight to it so it feels durable. Haven't knocked it off the table yet. Nice little speaker. Does what it is supposed to.

This speaker does a really good job in providing decent sound output from my iPad. It was easy to set up. Once setup, by turning on it, it automatically re-pairs with the iPad. For its small size, it has very good sound output, with good bass and high end. One speaker puts out a mono output, but if a second speaker is added, they pair and output stereo. The battery life is vey good. I believe this was a good deal for the price.

Compact and easy to use. Battery lasts a very long time. Sound is amazing for such a small form factor. Bleutooth distance it very good. We use it outside while relaxing with friends. Great with Pandora.

This little speaker has great sound and is perfect for travelling. I have paired it with Android phones and tablets. It works well for music, podcasts and for watching movies. Battery life is solid, and I have had it on overnight playing music while I sleep. It is fairly rugged and can be tossed around without care. NFC makes pairing a breeze.

Purchased for a beach vacation and it worked out perfectly. The battery lasts all day and then some on a full charge. We were really surprised at how nice and clean it sounds especially for being so small. I'm not going to say that it has a ton of bass, but it has enough that makes people ask "where is that coming from?" It's literally about the size of my fist and hangs nicely off our beach bag. Also, no issues with iPhone Bluetooth if that matters. There are other units out there with more bass, but at the expense of quite a bit of size and weight. So if you want something that's easy to carry around, this is it.

I visited the BB store to buy a wireless sound box. I wanted to see on the shell the boxes before buying. There is a big variety of sound boxes, sizes colors, and sound powers. I pressed the "try-me" button in most of them. And after comparing prices and sound within the size I was looking for, I bought the SONY. I think it was worth the price. My conclusions are: Pros: Small, compact, great sound quality, good power for the size, blue-tooth easy connectivity, and some control buttons. Battery last is fair. Cons: A small time after it's not connected it goes off. I have to go there to press the on-button. I wish it would enter into a low-power mode as other brand I saw. But this is a minor.

Bought this as a solution for team conference calls at work. Great sound quality and easy bluetooth setup. Long battery life on standby and about 5-7 hours on standard charge when listening to music.

I've had this speaker since 3/11/17 and have been using it since 3/13/17. I originally wanted an ihome speaker (for the pretty color changing lights) but the sound on this speaker was much better. The sound is what you would expect from a Sony product. Good, clear, and true to how your music is supposed to sound. I have used this speaker to listen to different music such as soundtracks, soundscapes, rock, metal, pop, and alternative. Anything I played on my iPods sounded great. The speaker is Bluetooth and I easily connected the 3 iPod nanos I have to it in a few seconds. I forget how many devices can be connected to the speaker but I have 3 and there is no problem. The limit might be 4 devices. If the speaker is fully charged when I get to work at 9 I can listen to music for 8 hours with no problem. The next day, however, I will get a few hours out of it because I need to charge it. I keep the charging cable (you must use the cable provided with the speaker) with the speaker so I can easily charge it using 1 of few usb ports on my computer. Charging using a portable batter pack like Mophie works just as well (remember to use the original charging cable). I did get the 2 year warranty on the speaker just in case (always do). If you want good sound for an affordable and portable price this is the speaker to get. My sound requirements are simple so I'm very happy with my purchase. If you are someone that has to have the best of the best when it comes to how a speaker sounds you might still like this speaker. It gets the job done :)

This is a good and very portable speaker. I was looking for something with good sound and quality that did not break the bank. I have heard and used a Bose bluetooth speaker, which I think have the best sound. This speaker was to be the take anywhere and used my back pack on a daily basis. It has worked great for that. easy to use with good sound quality.

This device is just what we needed. Small, portable, lightweight, and very easy to use. Easy to set up, can hook up to iPod or smart phone play lists.

The Sony product puts out surprising clear sound for a small easy to carry speaker. The charging is quick and reliable duration. The best part is the compact light weight and the value.
