Very good sound,lots of bass,great looks,good size for travel.

Having an older car we play books through an iPad while traveling. Not the best solution. I saw this speaker at Best Buy and read the reviews and decided to try it. It certainly solved our problem. Volume and output serve our needs perfectly. Tried it on our TV. It was better than the built in speakers but still just OK. I bought the XB20 for the TV and it is much better. I would recommend either speaker depending on your needs. I am totally satisfied with each.

I can't tell you how much I researched what speaker to get before chosing this one. I chose it because the bass, I wasn't using it for a party or anything so I didn't need 360 sound or for it to be crazzzy loud. It keeps a charge forever and the bass is awesome. I haven't heard the JBL or UE boom in person but from what I've read they don't have the same bass because the get so loud that if they did it would distort. It's a choice between more bass and a little less volume as to not distort (still gets too loud to have max volume right next to you) or crisp loud volume with less bass. You have to choose based off of what you're using it for. Us was hiking, being outside, in the garage etc. so the smaller size w the strap holder withhh the extra bass and way too loud to have close to you anyways, this one was perfect. If you want crisp clean sound but aren't a bass head probably go for the JBL or UE boom but if you want basss and personal portable speaker get this one!!

Speaker has great sound, very good base, small and compact.

Great speaker for the size. Water resistant and plays for a long time with one full charge. When paired together, the sound is even greater. For the size & price I was very happy to buy 2!

I just started listening to music and videos on my laptop, but its speaker(s) were disappointing. So I researched portable speakers. I still don't own a blue tooth device, so it needed to have an aux port. Of the reviews I read, this came out the cleanest, and it was on sale, and it's a Sony, a brand that for me has seldom if ever disappointed. I plugged it into my laptop not really knowing what to expect, and what I got was rich sound, nice bass, no discernable distortion, good volume. If there's a down-side, it's the controls: they're not easily seen on this black model because the icons for power and volume are a light, flat charcoal grey, which, against the black are invisible in low light situations. I have not tried it outside yet. I'm looking forward to trying that and having someone connect via blue tooth to see how well that works.

When testing this speaker out in the store, it had a great sound. Once I got the speaker home, the sound was truly shocking. The sound is clear and powerful. Thought about purchasing one more for a family member who loves music. Definitely satisfied. It is truly amazing how much bass comes from this little speaker.

I had been looking for a small bluetooth speaker for a little while and came across this Sony. It was even a little cheaper in the store than indicated online and I also had rewards to use so I got the speaker for next to nothing. It's a great speaker, easily portable, small but with big sound. So I am very pleased.

This little speaker was just right for my wife to take to the porch for lunch, while cooking, at the beach, in the laundry, and her desk. It is a Sony and I personally think Sony products are above average and although not the least expensive, within my price range. So many electronics are just hype.

This little Bluetooth speaker really packs a punch for its size. The sound can be loud if you choose or quiet. No matter what volume you have it on the sound never becomes distorted. The charge lasts a long time, I have gone over 10 hours of full volume and haven't had to charge it. Highly recommend.

I work outside allot in the summer. This speaker produces great sound. It's compact but packs a punch. I can hear it clearly from 20 to 30 feet away, I place it in the center of where I'm working and can hear it from all directions 360 degree coverage. Am planning on purchasing a second one soon.

I saw this in store and did the demo and it sounds great. Getting this for my son for Christmas because he’s always borrowing my Bose speaker, but this one might even be better. I liked that it has longer battery life than the Bose. Perfect inexpensive portable speaker for teens and adults.

I gave this speaker to my niece and daughter and when they hooked it up the music immediately filled the room. It was very surprising to hear the loud and crisp sound from such a small device. I would definately get this for myself and any other gift that I may have to give in the future.

First of all; it’s a little tiny speaker. Even though it’s really small, it has more bass than it looks like it does. Just keep in mind, that this thing is small and it’s not going to pound the room full of sound, but it does have a really good volume for what it is. To put it in context, I bought it for my 12-year-old daughter and she loves loves loves it. It’s perfect for doing her Musically app. It does have a built-in microphone too. My wife has a little larger speaker that’s a different brand, but doesn’t sound nearly as good. I did and ABCD test at Best Buy on all the little speakers and this one was by far the best.

This is just what we were looking for - small, wireless, good sound, water resistant, portable. It is easy to use and great to take on trips where radio signals may be hard to access.

The display model of this speaker sounded better than the others at similar and lower prices in the store. It hasn't disappointed me in the quieter environment in my home and in the noisier environment in my car. Also, I kind of like it that the speaker fits into my car's cup holder.

Sound quality is good for the size and price . Easily portable . Battery life is also good. Syncs quickly with iPhone. So far it is working fine. The only problem I had was it couldn’t sync/register with Windows laptop.
