However, we're sorry if we were not able to meet your full expectations with the volume level of the unit. To ensure optimal listening experience, install the Sony Music Center app. There you will find all sorts of tools like an equalizer to fine-tune your speaker and maximize the audio to your liking.
When the volume of the speaker sounds low, adjust the volume level of the BLUETOOTH device to an appropriate one, and then adjust the volume level of the speaker with the –/+ (volume) buttons on the speaker.
Charge the built-in battery sufficiently.
Move metallic objects away from the speaker if there is one.

Awesome little Speakers

They pair easily for stereo sound, are loud, and sound great. Now I put the speakers on either side of my desk and have great stereo sound while watching movies. I recommend them for anyone that wants a small speaker, but still wants powerful sound.

Very Pleased So Far!

I live in a very small condo and keep it in the stairway. I hear wonderful music all throughout the house. It has held a charge a good long time and I have been quite satisfied with the sound quality for the price. I had a mini-crasher that was lost by the teenager who was asked to go to Best Buy and obtain an adequate replacement. He done good.

The sound isn't bad, but nothing overly impressive. Unfortunately, my biggest issues with this speaker lie in its weak volume. I like to use these little guys to play music while I'm doing my 1-2 hour morning swim, and this one just doesn't have nearly the decibels of some of the less pricey models I've used in the past--in fact, when the filter is running I can barely hear anything (and I play a great deal of Def Leppard and AC/DC). Now the battery life does seem generous, and if my intended use was to keep the thing right at my side while I drink coffee on the deck, I'd probably be far more satisfied with my purchase, but for my current needs, I'll need to keep looking.
