These headphones were very heavy the ear buds portion was hurting my ears and bulky also my wife and other people including customer service rep said I was speaking too low so I had to return them

The earpiece moved around and seemed heavier than other I had and just did not work to run with. I ended up returning and getting Beats 3- wireless.
