Tv is nice - with limited 4K options it's tough to really judge, wish Sony could have the same access to the 4K beta for xfinity that Samsung does...

I was disappointed that the picture is not as clear or bright as the Samsung model of the same size.

I bought and installed this TV before the cable company was able to connect me to cable reception. The cable was connected about 3 weeks after the installation and it worked about a day, then it stopped. I thought it was a cable fault so I worked with about 4 cable techs both on line and house visit. No luck after spending about a day with the cable company. I called Best Buy and told them my story and they said if it was an installation problem, they would cover the repairs and if it wasn't due to installation, they would charge me $99. They suggested that I contact Sony and see what they could do. So I contacted Sony tech and worked with them for about 4 hours before they said that they would replace the TV. But first I would have to take the TV down off the wall mount so they could pick it up and also they would not install the replacement TV. So after that I decided what I could do as a BB Elite Plus member. They said they would replace the TV and install it within 45 days of purchase. I wish they provided that solution prior to spending 2 frustrating days with Cable and Sony techs. So I'm now waiting for BB to come out to replace the faulty Sony TV. It appears that the TV just doesn't work with the HDMI inputs. It worked receiving streaming content such as Netflix.

TV is great, still trying to get Sound bar to work and with experience with best buy will definitely be my last purchase from the company!

not a product issue but best buy issue. On picking this up I noticed box damaged. Associate says its fine, polystyrene will only be damaged.

I also bought LG 4K 65in for my game room for $899. The LG has better color then the Sony. In future I'll stick to Samsung or LG

TV looks good, blacks in a dark room are not that great when watching movies. The color and blacks look really good while gaming.

Tv is great. I love it. Great experience with the kids. But I feel no matter what I do I still feel its a bit dark TV.

I went through 3 of these TVs before giving up. The TVs could have been very nice, but all 3 had bad light bleed and/or dead pixels. The Geek Squad people were very nice about returning them, but after 3 I gave up. The TV seems a bit under powered too. It is basically a 75 inch Android tablet with HDMI inputs. For a lot of the apps it was sluggish. If the light bleed issues hadn't been there I would have been happy with it though. The picture quality was very good where the light bleed didn't affect it.

In daylight and the store, the tv is flawless, in terms of picture quality. The tv, at night or in a dark room isn't very good. Blacks look gray or blotchy.. it's not a good tv if you like movies and tv. Probably good for sports. I upgraded for $1500 more to the 940d and I'm infinitely happier.

When u turn channels the volume is low. Then it eventually will get back to original sound.

Buy oled tv this tv just anoying and too many problems... i am not happy with this product. :((

Issue with inputs. I connected with Yamaha receiver and Directv and de TV does not work properly.

The TV is great but the set up is very difficult. I am setting it up for the third time now.

The colors are vivid. Once we get the full experience through sound it will be remarkable.

TV picture was just ok. Seemed dark so returned it. Purchased the Sony 940E instead.

Quite expensive compared to other models available in the market.

Average for the price. Not BOSE quality. Battery life is short.
