Make sure to charge the built-in battery sufficiently. The sound may become low in the following cases. This is not a malfunction.

-While the speaker is running on power from the rechargeable built-in battery, the sound may become low in the event that the rechargeable built-in battery is running out of power and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly. This, however, does not indicate a malfunction.
-When the ambient temperature of the speaker is high.

To resolve this, please try resetting the speaker by pressing and holding the (play)/(call) button along with the MEGA BASS button until the device powers off (this should take about 5 seconds or longer). Please note: The sound may become low in the following cases. This is not a malfunction.
When the built-in battery is running low and the CHARGE indicator flashes slowly, while the speaker is being powered by the built-in battery only.

When the rechargeable built-in battery is running low as a result of long-time use of the speaker at a loud volume even though the speaker was connected to an AC outlet by a USB AC adaptor (commercially available) or to a computer that comes equipped with a USB charging port.

When the ambient temperature of the speaker is high.

If the sound becomes low while in use, follow the procedure below.
-Turn off the speaker.
-Charge the built-in battery sufficiently.

This speaker has approximately 25 hours of battery life when fully charged. (Provided that the volume level of the speaker is set to 24, the sound effect is set to MEGA BASS, and the lighting function is set to off). Make sure to charge the built-in battery sufficiently. Thank you for the review and we're glad to hear you like the speaker. The battery depends on the usage and the sound settings. When you use the speaker at a loud volume, the built-in battery may run low. If you want to reach the built-in battery life of speaker with approx. 25 hours of usage. You must have the speaker volume level at 24, the sound: MEGA BASS on, and the lighting should be off.

We want to make sure you are getting the most out of your speaker. During a video call, the sound quality may deteriorate depending on the conditions of the communication link.

If you hear muffled, distorted sound or low voice from callers when receiving/making a phone call, adjust the volume level of the BLUETOOTH device to an appropriate one, and then adjust the volume level of the speaker with the +/- (volume) buttons on the speaker. We do have some troubleshooting steps to help fix the issue.
Check that the BLUETOOTH device is turned on and the BLUETOOTH function is activated on the device.

In the meantime, please try:
If the speaker is not displayed on the BLUETOOTH device, turn off the BLUETOOTH function on the device, and then turn on the BLUETOOTH function again. It may improve symptoms.
