Great phone, until the Android 10 update

This past weekend (barely three weeks into having this phone), I began to experience trouble with the phone: apps that play sound/music are silent (e.g. I can't hear Spotify, YouTube, etc.) nor will the device make a sound when an incoming message arrives (whether from SMS or e-mail), the USB connection isn't detected when connected to my laptop, and the battery will only charge if it's turned off. I only upgraded from Android 9 to Android 10 late last week, so I suspect that may be the problem. (To be fair, I don't have any evidence.)

Poor quality phone

The issue was green and pink streaks appearing on the screen when using the front facing camera. Tried to do an RMA, but xperia wanted me to be without my phone for a month... The screen is nice, but it has some issues with spazzing out and registering a bunch of clicks when I'm not even touching it. It will open apps and click links randomly for about 10 seconds or so every once in a while. Not good if you want to avoid clicking risky links or malware!

Great split screen availability and screen size

Nice screen size

When you are told that this phone has wifi calling for those of you in low to no service area's this is likely a lie. I am rating it as a 2 because I as assured wifi calling with it with verizon network would work and this is untrue.
