    This speaker has worked great for me. Used it for many outdoor bonfires not as loud as originally hoped but battery lasts all night and makes up for it especially with the sound quality.

While it might not be as loud as you initially expected, the sound quality and endurance certainly seem to make it a hit. The maximum sound volume for playing music depends on whether the speaker is running on power from the connected AC outlet or from the rechargeable built-in battery. This, however, does not indicate a malfunction. To play music louder, connect the speaker to an AC outlet.     I did a small venue for about 20 people and the SonyXV500 was amazing. the clarity was good and the bass was just enough. I used the system for music tracks and vocals. I'm very satisfied.

    Great sound, super easy to set up. You don't have to download the Sony app to use it, just connect it to your phone or whatever you want with Bluetooth. You can tweak the EQ with the app if you'd like. Tons of sound, Sony quality is right where you want it to be for the money. I considered a bunch of the JBL ones before ultimately deciding on this. I don't regret it.

    Worked amazing at our wedding and we just paired it with a second one. Awesome return policy from best buy where if you dont like the sound or if they dont pair well together with other ones you can try out a different one. Ended up taking this on a hike 5+ miles and wasnt that bad lugging it around as it is probably less than 50 lbs.

    Great speaker but heavy. I like being able to turn the bass on and off. I like the party lights. Only one thing missing, should have a lighted clo.

    Fantastic speaker, I’m a mechanic and use this speaker in my shop daily! Quality is great, I was in between this speaker and the JBL competitor, honestly I think the Sony sounds better and the bass is awesome! Highly recommend this product any day of the week!

    Quality sound from such a small speaker. My mother in law has the bigger speaker and i was in love with it. I xould not afford the larger one so I decided to give the smaller one a try and to my surprise it was just as great just a little lower in volume. Great open box product.
