The worst customer service and crib

Called customer service, because I would not have time to wait for another one and after over an hour they gave me $30 dollars of discount. I already had the person that I paid for at my house to put the crib together and I also had to pay to get my crib to be fixed. In the end, this crib cost me over $400 dollars.

CRAP!

I waited to do a review. We have had this one for about a little less then a year and the wood on it came cracked but it was cute so we didn't complain but my daughter has fell through it due to the cracked wood. The screws come loose on a daily basis. I'm lucky my daughter did not bust her head when she fell due to the cracked wood giving out. I had to spend more money to buy her a new one due to the busted wood and it not being functional anymore after she fell threw it while sleeping one night.
