I waited a long time for Soul Food to be available on DVD. It was impossible for me to watch the VHS version the last decade. If you want laugh and cry this is a great movie to watch. Also it's realistic and relate able while at least for me.

This movie reminds me a lot of how my grandmother use to cook back in the day. This movie touches me so it was a MUST to own this movie. It shows great and I'm so glad I purchased it.
