A tale of two swords, eternally retold. This is Soulcalibur VI, which is also a reboot of sorts for the first Soulcalibur (which is the second game in the series, confused yet?). And it's great! I don't think it's quite the best in the series, SC I and II still take those spots for me, but it's still good. It's a smaller roster than we've seen in a while, but it has two fairly meaty story modes, which is great as long as you don't mind reading (not a lot of cutscenes). It works for me. This is the deluxe edition, and since the DLC hasn't come out yet, I can't quite comment on that, but the game would definitely benefit from it. The fighting mechanics are still great, though you'll have to relearn your favorite fighters since some moves have been moved around. If you're even remotely interested in this, then pick up your sword and fight!

This is the definitive version of the first season. The steel case looks great and comes with a nice little surprise. The best part of my purchase is the price. Though the game wasn’t available in store, it was available online. The problem was I wanted to get it price matched. It’s easy to do in store, but I wasn’t sure if it was possible when buying online. Apparently, there’s a number you call that can accommodate this request. This is why I continue to make my purchases at BestBuy

This Has To Be The Best Soul Calibur's Of All Time The Layout And Character Design Is Just Beautiful Along With Unique Mechanics In A Fighting Game! Top Notch Extras And Duo Story Modes To Play! Personally I Am Happy My All Time Favorite Tira Is A DLC And A Part Of The Game Itself! IN SHORT ALL SMILES!!!!

I have played Soul Calibur 2, 4 and 5. SC2 was by far the best with SC4 adding some fun features and combat mechanics, but not feeling quite as unique or fluent for combat. SC5 was not good. But this feels like they took the best parts of 2 and 4 to make one beautiful combat system and content to access.

This game would be the best in the series if not for it being incomplete, the graphics are not good very blurry and lots of shimmer. The load time ls the longest I've ever experienced in a video game everything u do makes u wait. Character creation I get car sick just trying u want to change a color loading u want to change it back loading u want to put different gear on more loading. Every few matches the game won't go online and u have to reinstall or u can't play. I spent all weekend watching a loading screen instead of playing the game.

Ever since DreamCast and the original Soul Caliber this fighting series has remained my favorite 3D fighter. The new fighters and slightly improved mechanics are a welcomed change.

Not much I can say but if you're a fan of the soul calibur series like me you will love SCV one of the best fighters out there easy to so combos their's training if you wanna get better if you like fighters this is a must buy and please support this series i have heard if this doesn't sell well it might be the last game.

So fun and tons of content for single player. I played the multiplayer beta so once I complete all the modes, I will go that route. Huge fan of SCI and SCII so it feels like the series is back on a high note. Great fighting mechanics and graphics.

I've been a fan of the series since SC on Dreamcast and must say I haven't had this much fun with SC game in a long while. It was definitely worth the wait!!

The king of 3D fighters has returned better than ever. Excellent graphics and updated game mechanics makes this a welcome return for the series that it needed. The steel book is fantastic. Welcome back!

Game plays quite fluidly and the roster is largely what I would have liked it to be. I look forward to the DLC

This was a birthday gift and from what I have been told many hours of non stop playing with no complaints.
