They took down my old sound bar and installed the new. They made sure it was level and parallel with the tv immediately above. They couldn't set up the rear speakers as we were having other construction. But did show us the basics and had it connected to the tv already.

The sound is unreal—crisp dialogue and bass that rumbles like a movie theater. Action flicks now feel like I’m in the scene. Only con? I can’t stop rewatching movies. I had Geek Squad handle the installation for my new soundbar and mount, and I couldn’t be happier. The team was so friendly, professional, and really communicative the whole time. They walked me through what they were doing, double-checked placement before mounting, and made sure everything looked perfect before they left. The soundbar is mounted seamlessly to the bottom of my TV, it looks clean, balanced, and like it came that way out of the box. There’s no way I could’ve done this on my own. Definitely worth the extra cost for the peace of mind and expert touch.

I made a appointment for Soundbar Mount And Installation,as a Totaltech Member I got only $26 off which is real Sucks when BB Totaltech Membershio cost $200 !! Day of the appointment I have received a call from Luis from Geek Squad stating 10 minutes away!!Upon arrival they mount and install the Bose 900 Soundbar whichone I purchased from Bose. Luis and other Person from Geek Squad not only mount the Soundbar but hide all the Cables under the Bracket, outstanding service fron Bestbuy.

Jason did an awesome job. He was fast knowledgeable and installed the 65” Samsung TV on the wall using a tilt mount with the sound bar. He set up all the wires, Blue Ray player, router, etc inside the TV Console. He programmed the remotes explained how to work everything. All I can say is WOW no wires can be seen since the wires are hidden inside the wall. What a professional job. Kudos to Jason he was super friendly, neat, clean and completed the job in around one hour where it would have taken me days to do the job. Thank you.

Geek Squad tech’s were well knowledgeable with the products I purchased walking me through the settings and setup. Tech’s demonstrated professionalism and neatness with the installation of the wall mounted tv and sound bar.

I requested the same agent to install my soundbar as had installed my tv since he did such an excellent job on the tv. He was knowledgeable as well as very clean while doing the job and made sure everything was clean at the finish of the job. He then made sure everything worked and explained it all to me. All cables and cords are out of sight.

So happy with it. Looks and sounds Incredible. Charde & Al did such a fantastic job from pre- install coordination of arrival to setup and walk-thru of use. Especially when it came to making sure this would be strongly secured in mounting to wall and protecting nearby furniture. They cared about the positioning it to best suit my viewing preference while balancing it evenly in relation to wall. They took the time and didn't rush anything. Complete professionals; also very friendly and accomodating - I couldn't possibly be more pleased with the two Geek Squad Certified Installers Charde and Al. I Highly Recommend Them!

Set up my appointment with Andrew chase. If only all people that handled customer service treated their customers like Andrew. Installation was fantastic. The tech installed my tv mount, 80 inch tv and 54 inch soundbar on the wall. Professional service all the way. Everything works great, and no wires showing anywhere. WOW!

The installation team were awesome! They arrived on time, measured placement meticulously, and created a beautiful placement. Bonus-- they took their shoes off when entering our home!

The technicians were very knowledgeable and respectful of our home and our requests. Be sure to research before having a soundbar installed on your wall. Our selected soundbar is front heavy and apparently could not be installed without a visible tilt towards the floor.

Hight professional service, the installation was perfect. Super clean, great equipment recommendation and knowledge. The installers did a great job and managed all the equipment with excellent care, they programmed and configured all the equipment together for a perfect room image and sound.

Mat F. raised my first tilt wall mounted Samsung dumber UN55D8000..Smart TV 10 years ago. Now he and Rocko installed Sony HT-200F sound bar to my new 2021 Sony Bravia XR 55 X90J Smarter TV. They did excellent installation with set up of certain basics and configuring TV to sound beautifully thru the bar. This time I used a full motion Rocketfish wall mount so it can be turned to view from the ends of my 19 foot by 13 foot living room kitchen area. The sound bar sounds surround from a 10 foot 4 inch high vaulted ceiling. My acoustics are excellent with this sound bar

The Geek Squad associates arrived at my home and installed my TV and soundbar. They really took the time to make sure that the devices were installed correctly and operating fine. They even took the time to sync my devices and show me how to operate them. They were great!!!

Ian and Durango from the Geek Squad did an excellent job mounting my first Smart TV on the wall, along with a new Sonos soundbar. They were respectful of my property and me. They satisfied all my requests regarding my situation. Since this is my first time having a Smart TV I had a lot of questions. They took plenty of time showing me how to operate the smart features of my TV. I will definitely request Ian and Durango again for my Geek Squad services.

I wish I could give this foreign a half stars, as I think it’s much better than just 80%. However, I can’t give it a full five stars because as I’ve mentioned in a previous post, the cables aren’t completely hidden away. The sound bar sounds awesome, it works really well with the TV, but I did have to make a couple of cable changes after some of the equipment stopped working. That being said, it’s probably a really good use of the money or getting my entertainment center looking the way I wanted to, which is very clean and basic as the wife instructed me to.

this was an install of a projector screen, projector to ceiling and sound bar. the work was great and has been very nice to use. would recommend this technician for any screen/TV related work

Add on sound bar has really improved the quality of sound from the tv…I have some hearing deficits and this helps tremendously…wish I’d done it before.
