Easiest thing to say here is they were hired to hang a 75" TV and a sound bar. They hung the TV over all of our outlets, which means the mount needs to be removed in order to use them in the future. The TV was mounted on top of the LG Sound bar top speakers. Looks nice - but we don't get good "talking" sound because the back ground music drowns out the voices. We adjust settings until we're blue in the face. Tried calling the Goodyear store for 3 days, and they still don't answer the phone, so hired another company to come in and re-hang the TV and sound bar. They also hung the sound bar less than 2 feet from the fireplace - oops! Whats a little heat to electronics. Our builder came in the day after and was shocked that the "Professional" Geek guys did that. So we bought a year of technical support due the large number of electronics we purchased. We would donate it to someone but we don't want anyone else to go through the same mess.

I am on my 4th appointment. First a no show. Second installer went to wrong apt which was right across the hall, Rescheduled at store and that had to be changed once again I found out that it couldn't be done at the store. I had gotten another email from Best Buy the same day to schedule the installation. I thought I already had an appointment. Turns out I didn't . Went back the store again to see what was going on. Rescheduled for next weekend. This has been going on since December 28. Usually Best Buy deliveries and installers have been the best. BTW I didn't even mention the two calls to the Phillpines that I had to do get this all solved. Hope the FOURTH time will be a charm. The only surround sound I have now is me singing in the show and really need to change the channel!

Product with no sound. The installer came and didn’t want to pospone the hour and left saying to my wife that all was in order and immediately didn’t work. And Best Buy didn’t want to solve the problem. Absolutely disappointed

The agents came to our home and mounted the TV and soundbar. The TV works fine, but the soundbar does not. The agent told my wife we did not have the correct cables (we had what the Best Buy salesman recommended) and that the sound quality would not improve until those were changed. I scheduled a follow-up repair visit. I received emails, text messages and even a phone call to set aside 8 hours of a Saturday for the visit. No technician every came, nor did I get a phone call, text or email to reschedule. I contacted Best Buy that night and was told to schedule another visit - the earliest was in 10 days. Still waiting to my soundbar to produce anything other than static.

Closed on New home 6/14 and purchased 75" Samsung and a complimenting soundbar along with mount and install along with 5 year plans and geek squad membership. Customer Service great to this point and they were able to accommodate my schedule for delivery time 6/22/2019 4-8pm install (techs were there at 3:30pm) . Techs were not able to fully install the soundbar during this appt due to the TV being installed a little lower than expected and it was unsure whether soundbar would fit with an ent center that had not been delivered yet. Fast forward to a week later during CSI call this was brought up and a follow up appt to complete install was scheduled for 7/2/2019 between 4-8. Techs were a no show. 25 mins on hold to speak to geek squad, followed by a 5 min hold. Called today and a very nice person in Home theater repair was able to look up but couldn't assist me I was transferred to Home Theater install and on hold another 20mins no answer. Please call me when you have time for me.

Didn't show to first appointment even though I received a text to say they would arrive at 6.30pm...after hours on the phone, finally re-scheduled for the following day but only installed the TV and claimed they current install the speakers because they didn't have time - and tried blaming me for using the wrong SKU in the booking! (even though the job was booked over the phone with the Geek squad, the products were all bought in a Best Buy store, and previously installed by the Geek Squad! This service was to move them to a different wall in the basement!) No apologies, only an offer to come back next Monday to finish the job, resulting in three different days of juggling my schedule and moving meetings I had in the office so I could be at home. Just awful customer service.

This the the second attempt to install two sound bars. First time only sent one person so he could not install since he had to remove wall mounted TV’s by himself. Had to reschedule. Second attempt failed because no one from the Geek squad showed up for the appointment. Trying a third attempt next week.

Terrible! The tv did not work. I was told to order a new tv and have them exchanged out. When the new tv was delivered I told it would not be installed. Left and then asked for a screwdriver or a butter knife to take down the tv that did not work from the mount. This company does not obviously work along side with Best Buy. Such a waste of time. I still do not have the tv mounted. I will never use either company again

Agents didn't mount my TV, neither they mounted my soundbar, but I still have not received a refund. I have contacted best buy 3 times, spend over an hour in each case, and having the same response that it will be corrected
