Mounts and installation

They both knew the products got me exactly what I needed for everything to come together and make the perfect home theater! I had the delivery guys install everything and it was perfect! These guys, Marcus and Jaron, and both of the delivery guys went above and beyond!

installation genius

They pulled all the wires together into a white cord holder so they were unobtrusive and turned the sound on to check that the bar functioned correctly. They showed me the different settings to assure successful operation.

Geek Squad installed my new TV and sound bar
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a new TV and 2 Geek Squad associates delivered and installed it in my living room. They were friendly, very customer service oriented. They explained the process of installation as they completed it. Once the TV and sound bar were installed, they set up the TV with the apps I wanted, plus showed me how to add apps and operate the Smart TV. They removed my old TV and although they offered to recycle it, I decided to keep it. So, they placed it in my office as requested. They were both very knowledgeable and so helpful thoughout the whole process. I am very pleased and thankful for the Geek Squad services.

Best Buy + Geek Squad = a winning combination..
