These Geek Squad guys are good. Knew exactly what they were doing. With the soundbar and subwoofer the sound is great for tv or just playing my favorite music.

The agents hooked everything up really quick and they were great.

My installer joe was extremely professional and willing to answer any questions I had, will certainly use this service for any tv mounting services I need.

The agents mounted the television and hooked up the additional devices. They were very helpful and explained everything to me.

All was good except the TV we had wasn’t compatible with the sound bar. The technician recommended we buy new TV. We ordered thru the Best Buy technician. The salesperson who we had purchased originally from the store on 5th ave 47st got so upset. He said we won’t be covered by their team as we have purchased thru the technician. It’s for my mom & she’s really upset with the Best Buy team.

Soundbar connect went smoothly and the Geeks were efficient. More time spent explaining things would have been helpful though.

The sound bar was installed on my new 85inch TV without a hitch. Installers arrived on time at which time they installed my 85in TV along with the new soundbar. All was done professionally. Geek Squad made sure I was completely satisfied with the install before departing. Cleanup after setup. Great job guys thankyou.

The Sony sound bar makes it sound like you're in a theatre with surround sound. We used to have a Bose 5 speaker surround sound system and the sound that comes out of this sound bar is UNBELIEVABLE!!! Love it!!!!!

Had curves 65” tv mounted and curved sound at mounted. Very pleased. Guys were very meticulous and courteous.

This was not difficult to do, but the installation crew made sure it was all connected and working without issue.
