The Geek Squad that mounted my new TV and wall panel that concealed the cords did a PERFECT job. These young men were knowledgeable, went right to work and were done in no time at all. It's nice to have somebody come in to your home to do a job, and it's done right the first time. Clean, neat, and respectful--Best Buy should be proud to have a team like this representing them. I had my TV mounted and the guys, Vince and Andy, utilized my wireless pre mounting I have. They did an awesome job. I had someone else come back to attach a bracket to connect the soundbar to the TV. They would not utilize the wireless system and, when the remounted the TV, it's now crooked.

Agents were professional, patient and cleaned up the area after install.

Geek Squad services are the best services. We had a Wifi streaming issues for months and they solved the problem with eeros boosters. They are professional, knowledgeable, know their business and product. Recently they set up a home theater system, We just wouldn't have been able to set up all the equipment, They showed us how to operate all the equipment. They are respectful and wear "booties" over shoes to protect the carpet and home.

great product, the sound is great although it is really directional. You have to be right in front of bar to get best audio quality.

the agents installed my sound bar and connected it to my TV which they also mounted. they made sure everything was working and the settings were to my liking. they made it so that my tv remote interacted w/the sound bar so I only get to use 1 remote! the guys were very personable and professional. they made sure everything was to my liking and all my questions answered before leaving.
