Fantastic instrall, great communication - personal calls, text notifications. ON TIME - efficient set up. The gentlemann also showed me how to use the remote, explained HDMI and the apps. Above and beyond. Worth $50. Way better and more value than hiring someone in independently.

Great, once I finally got a Geek Squad guy here after several no shows for scheduled appointments from the third party installers that Best Buy uses. I can say I would recommend only actual Geek Squad installers to a friend — tell the friend to make very sure the installers are not third party.

Highly recommend Geek Squad 4 TV and sound install! Had two teams our for 2 different installs and service both times was exceptional! Not only were they professional, knowledgeable and courteous, they were patient with our questions and concerns and took time to listen to us. Excellent service! We highly recommend the Geek Squad!

The guys did a excellent job mounting two TVs to the heights I wanted, with sound bars and hiding the wiring in the walls. They did a complicated job and made it look easy. And all the time answering all my questions about the TV and even questions about my cable company that the cable guy couldn’t answer.

The technicians were very polite. I believe that a survey prior to install would have informed the tech more about the job, expectations, and the tools needed to perform the installation. Overall it was a good experience and I would not only use beat buy again I would recommend them.

These guys are amazing. I felt like it was the '60's again because every single person along the way in my purchase through delivery through installation was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, COURTEOUS and as professional as one can get! I'm glad I joined... Treated like a king!

The geek squad and I made an appointment with to install my TV and new sound system. But then I had to cancel my appointment and they made it easy to cancel and that was the best part I did not feel pressured in anyway to reschedule or any other requests

For the first time ever, we decided to mount our TV on the wall. Glad we did and super glad we had the Geek Squad provide the service. They installed the mount, the TV, and the Bose Sound Bar. They connected them all and ensured they worked properly. Finally, they cleaned up and disposed of all packing material.
