They knew what they were doing and how to do it quickly. Asked where I wanted the tv and adjusted it for me.

The agents installed my new Sonos Beam sound bar and wireless speakers quickly and smoothly. Then they explained how it all worked together. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the installation.

In my wordy self, I can’t say enough about the service provided by the squad. Always on time, always dependable and most of the time fun to hang out with.. let them do the job, don’t trust yourself to hang the 75” tv...

The Geek Squad was on time, professional, walked me through the use of the TV and Sonos sound bar and left my place clean. I couldn't have asked for better!

The install guys were great. The product is good but the additional price to add the soundbar bracket was way too much. I’m not sure it took them more than a couple minutes.

Justin and Dre were great and installed and set my TV, Sound Bar and ring very quickly and they were very through in explaining everything they were doing and in showing us how to work it! Very satisfied with Justin and Dre!

Best Buy guys were great. They did have trouble putting soundbar on wall. However that was a problem Sony created. Soundbar came with no instructions and no measurement guidelines. So the Best Buy guys were having to measure and remeasure.

Technician showed up on time. Was in and out in a timely manner. Made sure I understood how everything worked before he left. Even received a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was still good!

The team mounted my TV and Soundbar. and connected to all my needed devices. The team was knowledgeable and courteous.

The Geek Squad not only mounted my new 85" Sony but installed the Sony Sound Bar and synched everything for a perfect presentation. The President of the company was in the next day and he loved what he saw. Pure perfection!

The agents installed our sound bar and television and mounted them on a swing bar, which the had mounted to the wall. This was all done very professionally, while also giving us complete information on how to operate.

Great service, worth every penny. Two technicians worked several hours to install our TVs and sound bars. Showed us how to operate everything. Got everything set up. Great employees. They knew their products very well. Glad we did this.

The sound bar installation went really good they had to contact Sony to sundown new updates to the machine but the Best Buy associate hooking it up took care of everything and made it very easy on me I would highly recommend the set up

It’s much better than putting more holes in the wall. Once installed you can move tv side to side as needed to center it without having to adjust sound bar/mount.

Took two visits but love it! Hubby had to do work that we thought was included!

The Geek Squad installed the sound bar quickly, and it works great!
