    Best Buy used a GREAT 3rd party company to install my 82" TV and mount and sound bar. Both men were knowledgeable and friendly. Gee

    All of the connections looks very complicated to me. And I’m usually fairly handy with these types of things. The geek squad agent made quick work of it in a professional manner!

    They told me setting up my TV remote to control my sound bar wasn’t feasible. It was. Second guy was late, so I had to help with bringing product down. The other guy attempted to drag entire box upstairs while clearly dragging across my ceiling. End result still looked good though and functions!

    The Geek Squad did a great job of installing my sound bar and large screen TV. They arrived on time and worked very professionally. All in all they did a great job.

    The soundbar was mounted upside down due to being sold the wrong bracket. Also, the controls were not set up proper to control sound. A 3rd party did the install, not Geek Squad.
