The technicians set up and tested the sound system and made sure my questions were answered, and I understood how the equipment worked.

The Geek Squad is great. The two techs brought in all of the equipment. TV, Mount, sound bar and speakers. Unboxed all and started the process. When complete they picked up all of the packing and boxes and loaded on there truck for disposable. No mess. All of the controls and functions were explained. Very professional and helpful
