They came in and set up everything, explained everything very happy with it all completed. They were. professional and I could not done it without them and I would not hesitate to call and have them come back for anything else I need done.

Brandon gave me a courtesy call about an hour and a half before their scheduled time. Then arrived an hour or so later with his assistant Trey. I let them in; showed the set up area for the T.V. and they went straight to work! I left them alone to do what they do and before I knew it; they finished! Took the time to show me the features, set up the apps, cleaned up and left. They were on-time; quick - fast - efficient - personable and courteous.

Geek sent a team a professional team to install our new TV. Work was done professionally and cleanly.

Everything was good about them installing but I am still having issues using my volume with My T.V. controller!!!! It mutes and volume won’t go up or down, I want to use only one controller and yes I am still learning my new T.V. which is much advanced of course than my older model T.V. It would have been a complete & better service if they showed me how to use & program the remote with all these features it has... I don’t enjoy as much as I should be.. I adjusted a lot of things like color, picture, volume mode etc ..... I will recommend Geek Squad I’ve always had a great experience unfortunately not all workers do the same job or give the same services all the time.

Geek Squad people are exceptionally knowledgable! They are friendly, efficient, professional, and focused on customer service and customer satisfaction! They are the only people I will call for any of my audio or visual equipment needs!

I always bring in the geek squad to help me design set up my system so that it works properly every time. No more problems about whether I’ve hooked it up the right way or not, the geek squad comes in to make sure it works for me and at reasonable cost.

Technician was great. Very patient in explaining & demonstrating how to use all of my systems, not I’m gonna remember everything but I got a go start. He even Sketched it out for me.

Tech set up sound bar in minutes, and zeroed in best sound and use.

My surround sound was an old system but he tried SO HARD and for so long to fix it. He was there for hours but it could not be fixed. He ended up selling me a new audio system for less than $200 which is fine. Not surround sound but the sound is good.

Daryl and Domenic were spectacular! They are very professional and knowledgable in their job! They took their time in mounting our 2 tvs and cleaning up after the project was done. I will always request them in my home for any future projects. My husband and I can not express how grateful we are for the 2 of them and how patient they were with our decision making.
