The Best Buy Squad was great. When there was a problem they fixed it right away at no extra cost. Love the surround sound for TV viewing and listening to music.

No real impressed with the guy that came out originally. I ask him to be sure & chg out cable but he did not & so after 3 or 4 days starting losing the sound from new sound bar which by the way was a replacement for one that we had bought from Best Buy less than 2 yrs ago that had same issue. After spending over 3 hours on the phone getting passed around to 7 different people trying to find someone that could or would try to help me, I finally got a man that stayed with me until we at least scheduled for someone to come out & fix the problem!

The agent installed new super hdmi cables and audio wires.He adjusted my receiver for the best sound and picture.He did a great job!

The Geek Squad-Jarod and Ernest installed the sound bar. The week before they had installed my new 75 inch TV and mounted it on the wall. Awesome!!! When my old sound bar would not work with just one control, they suggested a new sound bar which would make one control handle everything. I ordered the new sound bar and they came to install it and everything works with one click now. They are the best and work very hard to make the customer happy. I will be buying more products at Best Buy only if I can have these two gentlemen install them.

This service took the frustration out of my soundbar set up. Had 2 different sound bar brands which were both giving me trouble with 2 different tv brands. Let them sit unused for a year. Finally treated myself to this service. Jason and Antoine were great - courteous, listened to my complaints, covered their shoes and checked out both situations, explained what was happening, fixed the issues, patiently gave me some advice regarding all my tv equipment and they were just a pleasure to work with and gave me peace of mind about my audio finally! Thank you Geek Squad!

Our TV and surround sound were connected for a reasonable fee. One thing was neglected but they were able to reschedule relatively soon and came back to collect the problem.

Great sound when it works. Slow transfer from TV and sound moves back to TV periodically.
