Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the Anker Life Note 3 XR True Wireless Noise Cancelling In-Ear Headphones, particularly praising the sound quality, battery life, price, and comfort. Many customers rave about the exceptional sound quality, with clear highs and deep bass, while others appreciate the long battery life that allows for hours of uninterrupted use. The affordable price point and comfortable fit are also highlighted as key selling points. On the downside, some users have experienced connectivity issues, such as the headphones unpairing on their own, and a few have found the volume to be lacking. Additionally, a small number of customers have expressed concerns about the noise cancellation feature not being as effective as desired.

Fit was nice. They come with a variety of tips so I was able to find one that fit my ear nicely. Stayed in place during light activity and didn't cause irritation even after a full day of wearing them. Battery lasted a good 6 hours of constant use after the first charge. These worked pretty well with my Samsung phone but the sound quality was not what I expected. The app helped but they still didn't have that full rich sound we look for in a good pair of earbuds. They were difficult to connect to my PC and the sound quality from both laptop and tower was terrible. Tinny sounding and quiet even when I adjusted the sound settings. Ended up returning them.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We're really sorry you've encountered this issue!

If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      1. Firstly try to forget the pairing records on your device and turn off the Bluetooth.
      2. Reset the earbuds:
      1) Place the earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open.
      2) Press and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds until the 3 LED indicators blink white 3 times and then flashes white in sequence continuously. This confirms that the reset was successful and your earbuds can be connected normally."
      4. Turn on the Bluetooth again and search for Soundcore Life Note 3 and pair.

Note: When there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select "pair". If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.

If those don't help, please reach out to us via support@anker.com or call us at +1 (800) 988 7973. We are more than happy to assist you further.

We offer an 18-month warranty for this product, plus lifetime technical support. Our standard for responding to email quests is less than 24 hours, and we look forward to hearing from you! soundcore

I work in a 85db+ environment and after trying a few sets of earbuds, this has been the only set that blocks out noise better than 4 year old galaxy buds. With the active noise canceling I can switch between blocking out everything noise and hearing people talk with outdoor & vocal modes. The battery life is surprisingly long, like 3 charges in a month with 40 hrs a week long. Saved me from taking a second set of ear buds in case one died. Sound quality is good, slightly on the bassy side, but that doesn't detract from hearing some nuances in music, sounds great with "spatial audio" The bad is the connectivity. When putting on the earbuds from the case, the buds go to the last noise cancelation setting you used, which is fine.... but in order to change the mode you have to open the full app so they can connect not only to your Bluetooth, but also to the app. Then you can use the widget thats outside of the app to change the noise cancelation mode. So I find myself having people pause while I'm jamming out working, so I can open the full app again, then close it to hit the widget mode and pause my music.

I’m very satisfied with this product. Originally I was a long time skull candy user. I want to continue to stick with this brand. So far it’s the best I’ve ever tried more importantly I wanted something with more battery life and this product has exactly that and more with sound configurations through an app I love it.

I've had other Soundcore earbuds in the past and been quite happy with them. I expected these to deliver at least my minimal expectations and was not disappointed at all. I wasn't sure if I would like the "tail" hanging out of my ear, but once in I don't really notice it, and they stay in place while running and hiking, a definite plus.

Anker Note E is better than this one!

I would take The Anker Life Note E over this! I purchased a few of this and not very happy with it due to connectivity. I would stay connected by can't hear anything, I have to turn off, on try to reconnect a few time until it work then disconnected by itself. Why I like the its Anker Life note E is because even it a lower model of this one. The Note E connection is flawless, in and out of my car while on call or music back and forth with my car bluetooth. The Note E if not use for more than 30 mins, it is on standby mode and can be easily turn on with a touch while in ear but not this ANker Note 3. I went on and purchase the Note E again and love it!

I’ve been using my expensive iPods for awhile. The battery life is horrible. Sometimes I can’t get them to charge fully and they fall out of my ears. I’ve always been impressed with Anker products so I thought I’d give them a shot. They’re wonderful; fit, connectivity, sound, and battery life

These headphones fit well in my ear. I drive a lot and these hold up theoughout the day. I own a pair of airpods as well as beats pro and my wife had told me repeatedly that these earphones sound the best when we talk. There is literally no background noise. I highly recommend them
