Definitely the voice quality is different but I feel it's too expensive for this quality. It also kept falling off of my ear even when I changed the rubber pieces.

It does this too many times I have another SoundCore 2 and it does the same thing . Thats the only issue I have.

To fix the noise canceling issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
- Try a different wall charger and cable to charge the charging case for at least 24 hours no matter if the indicator is on or off (it's best to use a 5V charger).
- Make sure the wall charger and cable you're using work fine on other devices.
- Ensure all charging contact pins on the earbuds and charging case are completely clean and dry of sweat and water. You can also use cleaning alcohol for cleaning the contacts. Use a dry cloth to ensure the parts are clean and dry afterwards before using.
- Make sure the earbuds are properly placed in the case, and make sure the ear tips are in the right position, sometimes the ear tips may interfere with the connection between the earbuds and the charging case.
- Reset the earbuds:
1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open.
2. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until 3 LED indicators on the charging case flash white 3 times and then flash white in sequence continuously. This confirms that the reset is successful.

To fix the disconnecting issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:
- Fully charged the earbuds.
- Cell phone towers, dense wifi networks, and other transmitting devices can interfere with your Bluetooth connection, please away from these things to see if there are some differences.
- Try reducing the distance between your right earbud and your audio device, like having your audio device in your right pocket or right side. Your right soundcore earbud is the master (main) earbud. It connects to your audio device and to the left earbud.
- Forget the pairing record on your device and reset the earbuds via the steps:
1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open.
2. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until 3 LED indicators on the charging case flash white 3 times and then flash white in sequence continuously. This confirms that the reset is successful.
- Try them on a different device.

I found these earbuds to be a great universal use item for me as I love to listen to music while I work, but can quickly change to a webconference without needing to change output speakers. The were comfortable to wear all day and look good, despite the size. Audio quality was excellent for both input and output. Great Ear Buds Just Ahead!!!

I love the crisp highs and loud vocals. And then they went ahead and added ambient sounds to help you get a sound night's sleep. Anker Life Note also have a gaming mode to enhance sounds while playing your favorite time waster. I love the companion app its one the first I've seen to help you properly position buds in ear and test the fit. The design and the build of the buds, allow them to sit well on the ear make them very comfortable to wear. The buds are water resistant so they work well on those early morning runs. And with a 7 hour playtime keeps you rocking with few interruptions. Will be picking up a pair for my wife.
