As a side-sleeper, I never imagined I would find earbuds comfortable enough to sleep with. The fact that I have been able to sleep with these says a lot about their comfort. I have small ears and a really small ear canal, yet Soundcore was able to provide enough size options that I found my perfect fit. *What’s included?* The earbuds come with a plethora of ear tip and wing sizes plus two kinds of ear tips, silicone and foam. It also comes with a charger for the case. *Quality* The case is lightweight but feels high quality and durable. It has an aesthetic design and is larger than most earbud cases, but it is perfect for keeping it on the nightstand and easily finding it at night if needed, plus the case plays a vital role in the earbuds’ functionality. The earbud base is miniscule, and their size varies depending on the attachments you chose for your fit. *Comfort* They are incredibly comfortable with the right tips. It took me some trial and error over several nights to find the best option. I’m a side sleeper and was able to sleep on my side without any discomfort with these. Perhaps the only discomfort I found was that suction feeling I get in my ear canal when I lay on my ear. I had to use the xs wing tip and xxs ear tip. I do find I take them off at some point in the night. *Sleep sounds* I really like the snore masking library. It is filled with options of relaxing audio. I do have issues with some of the audio though, there are some where it is very evident where it restarts the loop and it drives me crazy listening to it. I suggest listening long enough to ensure you like it before trying to sleep with it as was my mistake with two audios on two different nights. That said, it has a lot of options, including brainwave audio, meditations, and even sleep stories. *Sleep tracking * These headphones track your sleep, can tell how much you toss and turn, and can even tell you what time of night you snored. *Noise Cancelation* The anc works well, but there is definitely leak-through noise when people are talking. Personally, I like to be able to hear if someone talks to me in the night in case there is an emergency, so this is fine. It blocks out the majority of noise and muffles sounds adequately enough for me. *App* The Soundcore app contains a lot! It has customizable sounds, can set an alarm, can set bedtime vs sleep audio, a sleep report, auto-stop audio, and so much more. *Battery Life* The earbud battery lasted all night, about 9 hours, and the case has not needed charging since I last charged it several days ago. It is definitely true to their specs. *Conclusion* These earbuds are perfect for anyone who struggles to fall asleep. I normally spin in thoughts but with these, I am able to drift off to sleep so fast. They are also perfect for napping in a loud area.

The Soundcore Sleep A30 Special is one of those products you never realize you needed, until you've tried it. As someone who struggles with insomnia and restless sleep, even the slightest noise can wake me. I was desperate to find something that would help me stay asleep while also blocking out my spouse's incredibly loud snoring. My biggest concern before ordering them was comfortability. I'm a side sleeper naturally, so I assumed sleeping with earbuds would be an issue, but these are easily the most comfortable earbuds I've ever owned. They come with multiple sizes of both silicone and memory foam ear tips, along with different wing attachments to help you find the perfect fit. Surprisingly, the pre-installed tips fit me perfectly, so I never felt the need to swap them out. Their low profile design means there's very little pressure on my ears, even when they're pressed against my pillow. The sound quality is excellent and the Soundcore app includes a huge library of sleep sounds; sleep stories, snore-masking audio, tinnitus-masking sounds, and more. Since I already subscribe to the Calm app, I still find myself connecting via Bluetooth and listening to my favorite Calm sleep melodies most nights, but it's nice knowing there are plenty of built-in options available if I ever want to switch it up. Battery life has been hassle free, as every morning I place the earbuds back in their charging case on my nightstand. That way they're always fully charged and ready for me at bedtime. What has impressed me the most is the noise cancellation. I used to wake up multiple times throughout the night from any amount of noise but now I'm able to sleep no problem. They've made a noticeable difference in both sleep quality and the amount of rest I get, each night. If you're a light sleeper or have a snoring partner, I can't recommend these enough.

Yes yes it does… joking of course, well sort of, it does have decent active noise cancellation, but honestly these are pretty awesome for me especially, since I am a very light sleeper and have trouble getting to sleep, and staying asleep. I really do need consistent noises to help me stay asleep. Sticking with the headphones though, the case is really cool. I couldn’t figure out how to open it at first, but once I got that figured out I was pleasantly surprised. For some reason I really like the slide to open case. Makes me think of the old flip phones. What else I liked was all the stuff that came with it, different tips, and different wings. Making it super easy to find the perfect fit for my Ogre ears! Comfort….well the first night with the silicon tips, not comfortable at all. In the middle of the night I had to remove them. It was hurting too much. The second night, I tried a different size and it still gave me ear fatigue in the middle of the night! At this point I thought this concept was a dud. I switched to the small memory foam tips, and those worked significantly better, so I’m super thankful it came with options. Some things I didn’t enjoy was the fact it doesn’t have a lot of standard features that typical earbuds have. For example, if it falls out your ear, it will keep playing. So if you’re doing an audiobook before bed, and your kiddos comes in asking a question, and you pull out the earbuds from your ear to answer their question, then when get back to the audiobook, you missed several minutes of it. I wish there was a “sleep mode” and a “ear bud” mode. This way you can use them for a jog, run, walk, exercise, or anything. And then put them in a sleep mode so they don’t stop if it falls out your ear when you sleep. That said, you don’t have to connect these to Bluetooth if you don’t want to as in you don’t need to play media. You can use the built in sounds to help you sleep. This will be perfect for when I travel. At the end of the day, I really do enjoy these.

In general, I have a hard time staying asleep and I've tried different things on the market to help aid with that but I've never tried sleep earbuds. I did some research and found that the Anker Soundcore Sleep A30 Special smart sleep earbuds were highly rated. I thought now is the time to give them a try and see if they could help. Unboxing was quick and painless and these earbuds appear to be of very high quality. There is a smart charging case (has a built in speaker to detect snoring), the earbud units – which are tiny and very light, a USB C charging cable and a plethora of silicone or soft foam ear tips and silicone ear wings. I loved the wide array of options to customize these so that they fit as comfortably as can be in my ear canals. I tried a couple of different size options and eventually found a comfortable combination – or so I thought. These earbuds need the Anker Soundcore app to function properly and I installed it without an issue. Pairing them was quite simple via the app and once paired, the app provided me with a bunch of usage options. The earbuds have built in tap/touch controls that can be customized in the app. I love that these earbuds require a firm double tap to change settings so that these settings can't be accidentally changed while using them throughout the night. They are ANC earbuds that are quite effective at blocking out sound, which can be deactivated if you choose. The Soundcore app has a relationship with Calm which provides the different soundscape options that you can choose from. It's a no brainer that they did this. The app lets you select from 5 different Calm sound categories: 1) Sleep Stories which are narrated calming bedtime stories. 2) Meditations which are guided meditation sessions. 3) Brainwave Audio which are natural sounds with music overlays with the option of adding an additional sound element overlay like a singing bowl or rain sounds. 4) Snore Masking sounds are natural world sounds that are activated if the smart case detects snoring. 4) White Noise are varied thematic sound stages that don't have music overlays. You can even create a custom white noise soundstage within the app. 5) Tinnitus Masking offers tinnitus sufferers relief with a custom set up of soundstages that play at a certain frequency to offset the tinnitus. The app also allows you to select the Listening Mode of choice. That's either with traditional bluetooth or local mode which downloads the sleep program of choice directly into the earbuds themselves. Via the app, you can also select from 3 options of play through after you fall asleep. Each affects the battery life differently. 1) Play Local/ANC off, which automatically plays downloaded sleep programs and turns off the ANC after the earbuds detect you are asleep (not sure how they determine this). 2) Pause Audio will stop playing the sleep program but continue allowing ANC to be active. This was my favorite of the three. 3) Keep Audio keeps playing the sleep program and ANC remains active the entire time. Obviously, this one draws the most battery power and may not last the entire sleep cycle if your earbud batteries are not full. Anker lists the battery life between 6-16 hours depending on playback options. The charging cases supplies an addiotnal 5 nights worth of battery. Importantly, there is an alarm mode that can be set up to wake you and the earbuds also track your sleep and let you know how well you did. Ive never been one to really trust these sleep monitoring/tracking modes. But, it's nice to know that they do this and you can easily pull up the sleep report/history and see how it went. You can even connect this data to Apple Health if you use an Apple product. Lastly, the app also offers product tips and tricks as well as sleep Insights for people who are needing more specific info on the earbuds or on sleeping habits and issues. I was very eager to select a sound program and see how effective these buds could be. After going through all the options, I made a sleep program and it was very effective at calming me down and getting my mind ready for a good nights sleep. Anker says these A30 Special earbuds are good for any sleeping position and I sleep on my side most of the time. I was a little worried about this but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. They were quite comfortable while I was falling asleep, which was on my side. The issue arose about 2 hours after falling asleep on the first night. My ear canals were sore which woke me up. I fiddled with the earbuds and tried to go back to sleep. About 30 minutes later I gave up and took them out. The next day, I switched out the ear tips and ear wings for a smaller size and gave them a try again that night. Again, they were comfortable falling asleep but in the middle of the night I awoke with the same issue, sore ear canals. The next day I tried switching out the ear tips for a third time but ultimately, the soreness returned. I imagine back sleepers won't run into these issues or may find a solution much easier. Because I sleep about 90% of the time on my side (via the app's sleep report), these earbuds aren't probably going to be a permanent solution. I will try one last time using the smallest earbud tips and see if that makes difference but I don't have high hopes. In the end, they really did help calm my mind and blocked out a ton of noise, which allowed me to fall asleep much easier. I really enjoyed that, truly. They're probably great for back or stomach sleepers, just not for me, as a side sleeper. They are extremely well built and the app provides a ton of effective sleep solutions. Maybe the next version will specifically address the side sleeper issue since they have pretty much solved for all the things needed for a good night's sleep. I'll definetly be on the look out to see.

First, I want to mention that I did receive the "Special" variation, which has longer battery life than the standard version. I've had the Sleep A10s and A20s, and these are a fairly nice iteration. ANC works well enough, battery life gets me through the night just fine. My only issue is that they still don't support mapping controls outside of double tap and triple tap on each earbud. I'd like the option to map single taps and long taps (or double/triple long taps if they're worried about accidental activation) to keep controls consistent on these in line with my other earbuds. Also, I was really hoping the case would finally support wireless charging this iteration, but still not a feature. Maybe next time. Overall, they're solid, but feels like they're leaving some easy wins behind.

Im about to turn 40, and I have notice that with “age” falling asleep is more difficult. I usually leave the tv on because it lulls me to sleep, but my husband doesn’t really like that idea. Well that’s where Soundcore Sleep A30 earbuds come in handy. I needed some earbuds that would be Comfortable, Not Bulky and have Great sound. These SoundCore Sleep earbuds are perfect. They fit in your ear very well and they come with several different sizes ear tips(silicone and Memory foam) and wings. I personally prefer the memory foam ear tips because during the night my ears tend to get very watery due to allergies and the silicone ear tips slip out and feel gross. The earbuds feel great and don’t cause any issues or pain when laying down on a pillow. I tried different positions and they seem to work fine. The ear wings were kinda tricky to install but after a few tries I was finally able to get them on. The wings help the earbud stay in place so make sure you are using the correct one. The case is pretty cool, it’s a slide up style and has light in the slots where the earbuds go making it easy to put them back in during the night. Now these Soundcore Earbuds has several option modes and all can be controlled with the app so for this the app is a must. The app is loaded with a free audio library that has meditations, white noise and sleep stories and much more. The ANC option just sucks you into a nice peaceful space. Blocking all the unwanted noise from the outside. I love listening to podcasts and music at night and having these on just makes me feel super cozy and comfy and just soothes me to sleep. A great tip is to make sure you fully charge your earbuds, battery life depends on what mode you have them on. The Soundcore earbuds detect once you have fallen asleep and depending on the mode you have them they automatically turn on or off ANC. Now if your significant other snores like a horn or like they are trying to start a lawnmower then definitely turn this option ON!!! If you want a peaceful, cozy and relaxing night then these are for you!

The Anker Sleep A30 earbuds provide exceptional battery life and sound, especially given their small form factor -- small enough to be comfortable for even side sleepers. The built in toggle between Bluetooth connection and local white noise file (selectable by the user) is a great feature. You can listen to an audiobook, podcast, music, or your own white noise and toggle to the locally-stored white noise for incredible battery life. Even if you leave Bluetooth on all night to listen to your own content, the battery lasts until you wake up. I previously had the A10 edition and this is a huge improvement. I also previously used the Bose sleepbuds, and while these are a similar form factor with similar features, the A30 blows Bose out of the water. You won't be disapointed with these if you give them a try. I was skeptical that they'd be as much of an improvement over the A10s in terms of battery life and sound quality, but they are, and I've been sleeping through the night ever since my purchase.

I was a bit unsure about the concept of sleep earbuds, but after a little over a week of using them, I’m absolutely sold. I not only was able to test these for a normal night’s sleep, but I was (un)lucky enough to be able to test them while being sick AND while being sick while stuck in a motel. I don’t think you could ask for a better test case to put sleep earbuds through the proverbial ringer. Let’s start by addressing what the heck these are. These are earbuds, like you’d use for music, designed to be comfortable enough to sleep in. Then it has the added benefits of both an active noise cancellation (ie, using software to remove sounds in your environment) and passive noise cancellation (the fit of the earbud in your ear drowning out noise). On top of that, it also has many built in options for sound masking (ie, various white noise to drown out things like snoring), and app that allows you to customize various options and includes things like sleep monitoring and a selection of listenables from the app Calm. That's all in addition to just playing normal bluetooth audio. Out of the box, setting up is no different than any other set of Bluetooth earbuds or headphones. My android phone had no issues connecting. The app, which is considered essential, was easy to download and it found the A30’s without any issue. The box comes with a plethora of various silicone and memory foam ear tips, ranging from XXXS to L. It also includes four total sizes of ear wings. That’s the sleeve that encompasses the earbuds and allows it to sit gently in your ear. I found the default mounted medium ear tips (in silicone) and ear wings to be perfect and didn’t attempt trying others. As a side sleeper, I was concerned about how much I’d feel these – attempts at Bluetooth sleepmasks/ear wraps in the past have all gone poorly. I would say that my comfy level was good. Not great – it’s still noticeable when you’re on your side that you’re laying and something is in your ear, but it didn’t hurt and it wasn’t uncomfortable that I took them out at any point or refused to keep using them. In the morning, there was a brief minute of soreness when taking them out, but I think that’s nothing unexpected (at least for me, with any earbuds in for an extended period) and will also depend on your pillows and how hard you smush your head into them over the course of the night. I should also point out I’m bad with tossing and turning and these never once fell out. I think these are as comfortable as a technology you wear in your ear while you sleep can get. That said, I think if you are a person who is sensitive about your ears and feeling things on them, nothing will quite work for you. The noise cancellation, both passive and active, work great. I found that in most situations, the passive noise cancellation of just having these in your ears works great. However, when stuck in a hotel room with noisy neighbors, a first floor window to a parking lot, and a noisy a/c unit a foot from my bed, the active noise cancellation drowned all of that out. If anything, it works too well: I’ve had to start telling my partner that I’m wearing them as they’ve thought I was purposely ignoring them. As for using them, I appreciate that the Soundcore app does have a selection of the Calm app library. That said, I didn’t browse too deeply as I already subscribe to both Calm and Headspace and use them interchangeably for sleep music and stories. It’s worth noting that these act as normal Bluetooth earbuds – you’re not limited to the Soundcore app or even sleep focused apps/sounds. You wanna fall asleep to Instagram or TikTok? You can do that. Find that Christopher Cross lulls your sleep? Put on Apple Music or Spotify. Or you can use the Soundcore app’s built in sound library. There’s many options of customizable white noise, meditation sounds, and “brainwave audio” that are great – and you can put one of those locally on the earbuds. That brings me to the battery life and the settings to manage that. Presumably to keep these as light as possible for comfort, the battery life is pretty weak. Battery life, according to Soundcore varies from 6-16 hours but there’s a lot of variables. Firstly, active noise cancellation is a big battery drain. Secondly, keeping it in Bluetooth mode is the second biggest drain. The other mode? That’s called local – that’s the single saved Soundcore audio option I mentioned above. So, if you used that local audio without noise cancellation, you’d probably be getting closer to that 16 hour mark. However, Soundcore smartly realized that’s not ideal for most folks and designed the earbuds to detect when you’ve fallen asleep. By default, if you are listening with Bluetooth and active noise cancellation on, once you fall asleep it revert from Bluetooth to local and turn ANC off, thus saving you battery life when you’re likely not conscious enough to notice. This, however, is fully customizable. So you can have it swap to local but keep noise cancellation on. I found I had no problem with the default setting. When I did wake up in the middle of the night to take the dog out or use the restroom, I’d just tap twice on the left earbud to go back to Bluetooth mode so I can resume listening to what I was listening to before falling asleep and it starts over. I had no issues with battery life overnight, or even multiple times throughout the day as I took sickly naps, thanks to them charging quickly in their case. If you were wondering, even in local mode, the earbuds are still connected to your phone, so you don’t need to reconnect anything – you can even use the Soundcore app to swap from Bluetooth to local and back. I think the Soundcore A30s are a fantastic piece of technology. Something that’s new and innovative and quite helpful. After using them, I now found them indispensable. I’m not using them every night, but when I do reach for them, I’m so glad they’re there. I think that if you’re not adverse or sensitive with your ears and you’re looking for a way to listen to audio as you sleep or drown out external noises, you absolutely have to try these.

Soundcore Sleep A30 Special Allow me to qualify myself with a bit of background. I have had Sleep Apnea now for well over a decade. Fist A CPAP and now a BiPap machine. I still wake up in spite of my BiPap. I wake up a LOT. I just don't sleep and average at most 3 or so hours a night. Once I awaken that is it. I am also a retired Electronics Technician with 39+ years of experience in the field. My experiences with the Soundcore Sleep A30 Special earbuds is as follows. They are easily set up. I already had the Soundcore application on my iPhone 16 Pro Max and once charged up and turned on the app quickly connected and recognized the A30s. Next up was a firmware update which was quickly downloaded and update to the A30s. I went through the app wherein I selected the sound of birds chirping and some water in the background for my background noise prior to actually falling asleep. Once the A30s detected (and the do!) that I was asleep they would play gentle rain sounds to help keep me asleep. I could have selected stories for the pre-sleep mode and did indeed try one another day but I much prefer the sound of nature followed by the rain when I do achieve sleep. I have awoken and heard the gentle rain and fallen asleep again so I know for act that the A30s are doing exactly what I set them up to do. My first night I slept over 6 hours! This was, for me, fantastic! My BiPAP confirmed the hours of sleep included REM sleep. The following nights all averaged out to just over 7 hours of sleep with one day when I was particularly tired from walking over 3 miles for exercise that day I slept 10 hour and 27 minutes. Yes, I did wake up a few times as I am old now but when I returned to bed I immediately fell asleep aided by the gentle sound of rain. I also set the A30s to awaken me (via connection to my iPhone) at 4:45 AM to prepare for my morning walk and they did so by playing a tinkling bell ringing sound that increased to the point it gently awakened me. The A30s come with a variety of tips to fit a variety of ears and I recommend you try them to find the best fit. You must tape them on the left earbud's surface to turn them on and once one they show up as ready in the application on your phone. I also tapped the right earbud to activate the ANC which together with the proper fitting A30 earbud will reduce background noise allowing you to sleep better. I had no problems hearing someone call my name as I had my son test with me when he got home from work just after midnight. We did this as a part of this test and I personally had no problem discerning him calling my name after opening the door to my bedroom. And I had no problem falling asleep again to the sound of rain. Wonderful? Indeed it is. Because of my personal experience with the Soundcore Sleep A30 Special helping me to get some much needed rest and to sleep what is basically up to 2 times more on average I cannot help but highly recommend them. In the time I have had and tested them only once have I had not slept well and that may have been do to overeating at dinner earlier that evening. The A30s have proven of great benefit to me. In my personal experience they are wonderful and I highly recommend them!

The Soundcore - by Anker Sleep A30 sleep buds work! Unboxing these sleep-aid, ear buds reveal another well engineered Soundcore product. From the case to the buds - the white tone is nice and helps to keep them recognizable amongst the "family" of devices I already own from them. Setting up the buds was quick & painless and that is primarily due to the Soundcore app. Pairing was instant and subsequently added to the list of Soundcore devices in the app. The case has a USB-C port for charging - as everything should now days - and is compatible with my high-wattage, USB charging brick. They charge fast too! Once inside the Soundcore app, all support & configuration items are logically laid out and easy to adjust. I found that using the Calming audio in the remote/device "served" local mode was the perfect fit for my lifestyle. The wide selection of "onboard" programmed sound fields is good and using the Sleep A30 Smart Wireless In-Ear Sleep Earbuds in this mode will help decouple having to have BT pairing always enabled on your mobile device and to maximize battery life. The buds themselves are diminutive, well contoured and fit perfectly. I experienced no discomfort while wearing the entire night - for an entire week. Neither of the buds dislodged during the night either! They are light, fit well and work with my ears... YMMV. There is a wealth of sleep-aid material at one's disposal and this alone should appeal to a large body of potential customers who want more than just white noise or looping soundscapes. If you want to fall asleep to various types of dissertations or story telling - these buds are your huckleberry! There are modes for sleep tracking, nearby snoring filtration and some inherent noise cancellation capability. Of all the things I love about the Sleep A30 Smart earbuds, it's the noise cancellation that I think is the weakest element of the "system". That said, these buds are more than capable about pushing back all distracting noises & sounds that can interfere with a person's ability to drift off. All-in-all, these are a phenomenal product! Pros: Lightweight and all-night comfortable (subjective ofc) Solid mobile app for control and maintenance; Soundcore does mobile apps Right! Charge fast and last long, especially in "device" or Local mode - with BT disabled A plethora of various sound sources available to find your perfect sleep inducement Cons: Requires an online account to take full advantage of all the associated modes, like sleep tracking and the snore filter Not meant to be music buds although you can use them for that purpose It's all about trade-offs Noise cancellation isn't strong, but I believe that is on purpose - - I am a light sleeper and the Anker Sleep A30's help me get drift off faster and achieve a better night's rest.

Probably the best way to think of this product is as a standard pair of earbuds with noise cancelling, but made small and comfortable enough to wear all night while sleeping, but add in a white noise generator. A special app can also play special sleep sounds, and can detect when you fall asleep to fade out the sound. ------------------ I got these for my wife, who has a hard time falling asleep many evenings, so these are her impressions. The ear buds themselves are exceptionally small. The downside is that they only claim eight to ten hours of active run time, but that is enough for a good night’s sleep. The case can recharge the buds a couple of times, so you should expect three nights before needing to plug in. There are a couple of uses for these, and both are different. The first is noise isolation, such as trying to sleep in a noisy environment, or having a partner who snores loudly. Fortunately for my wife, she doesn’t have to deal with this, but the buds have active noise cancelling, as well as a pretty good seal (and the best ear tip customization that I have ever seen, see the attached photos). There is also a special “snore sensor” that is supposed to detect snoring and turn on a masking noise to help drown it out. But since I don’t snore, she could not test this part out. The other use case, and the one that my wife wanted to use, is the one for sounds to help you sleep. First, the ear buds have a built-in white noise generator, and the manual recommends this mode for maximum battery life, as Bluetooth isn’t used in this mode. Your second choice is to use the dedicated app (tested on Android) that has a selection of soothing sounds, and even meditation sounds and short stories to listen to as you fall asleep. The earbuds and app combo can also tell when you are asleep, and the audio can gradually ramp down or switch to white noise once you fall asleep. But your third option (any my wife’s favorite) is to just use these as standard earbuds and listen to an audiobook to help her drift off. Using a 3rd party audiobook player doesn’t allow the sound to turn off when you fall asleep, but she just sets a time (90 minutes) and listens to that until she nods off. Of note is that there is nothing stopping you from using these as standard earbuds too, and the good seal and noise cancellation would be of great use while flying. Yes, they are expensive, but if you have problems sleeping, then these might just actually make your life better.

I have lots of trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I thought what can these earphones offer that my other in earphones do not. To my surprise they offer a lot! Setup was simple, download the app, connect the earphones to your phone, then configure with the numerus silicone ear tips to find what fits you. I used the ones that already came on the earphones, but if those are not a good fit for you, they are super easy to swap out for a better fit. The app utilizes the calm app which gives you lots of different options of what to listen to before falling asleep. The first time I used them I just picked a random story, turned on noise canceling, and adjusted the volume to a level that was comfortable but not jarring. The storyteller had a nice soft soothing voice, the story is interesting but not enough to pull you out of falling asleep, they also play soft sound effects to go with the story. I passed out within 15-20 minutes, where it usually takes me 45 minutes or more. I tried using my other earphones to mimic what Soundcore offers and I could not replicate the absolute comfort level. The Anker Sleep earphones are super small and do not protrude out of the ear. This means if you sleep on your side the earphones don't smash into your ear like my regular earphones. I was able to roll around and sleep in these all night without them falling out of my ear or becoming uncomfortable. There are other options in the app to help with sleep one is snore masking. The case has a built-in microphone that can monitor for snoring. The earphones will then adjust the audio to help mask snoring sounds. I'm not sure if this is working as I'm not snore heavily, and if I do its never woken me up before. The app will also give you a daily sleep core similar to what your smart watch can do. The battery life isn't stellar, but they will get you through the night. These are really only meant to be used for sleeping. I wouldn't recommend these are your everyday use headphones for music, calls. etc. I absolutely love using these earphones. My sleep score has improved; I spend less time trying to fall asleep and staying asleep. I would recommend these to anyone who is struggling with sleep issues like I do.

The Soundcore Sleep A30 earbuds work exactly as they advertise. They actually work a little too well. I'll explain why later. First of all, the earbuds come really well packaged and you can immediately feel that they are a high quality product. The buds feel nice and the rubber tips and ear loops are perfectly soft, flexible, and yet durable. The case is nice, and slides open rather than flips. Anker gives you replaceable tips and ear cushions to fit any size ear. This allows you to have the most comfortable fit while sleeping, as well as the best noise cancellation. Setup is very easy, just like any other wireless earbud. The app is very easy to use and is actuality a little different than others. You can only turn nose cancelling on or off, no in between. You can adjust the touch controls. Where the earbuds and app are different is that you can use them without bluetooth as they have built in sleep sounds. You can also link you Calm account and download even more sleep sounds. I do subscribe to Calm and this was actually very cool for me. So now i must warn you, the noise cancelation is better than any noise cancelling earbuds i have ever owned. I literally slept through my alarm my first time using them. And i never sleep through my alarm, i am not that guy who is late. My wife had to wake me up, so my on time streak lives. These will block everything out, period. They are perfect if you have sleep in some kind of noisy environment. Maybe you live in a big city with people, traffic, trains, and loud bangs? As far as comfort goes, i sleep with these with no problem. I was skeptical since i am a side sleeper, but i am able to sleep with these comfortably. I just turn off the noise cancelling so i don't get fired for being late.

These are so small you wont even know you have them on. This is my second pair of the soundcord sleep buds. Why the second pair because my wife took my first pair for herself. These work great they cancel out all the noise in the room. The A30 have AI that is supposed to make it so each side works for each side of your brain. Don't ask me about that i couldn't tell anything more but these are truly noise canceling. The have snore mode on them so it takes more of that noise out. You have a great app that comes with it it have a lot of sounds to play plus white noise. It has audio books to play it has relaxing meditation this is all with Calm. You can pick a play list and have it for a fast pick. These fits snug in your ears they will the opening so you wont hear any outside noise. The are very small and soft so it's not going to hurt or bother your ears when sleeping with men on. They stay on all night even if you are a side sleeper like myself. They hold a charge and the charging case will keep them charged when not in use. They have a light in the case so you can find the earbuds at night in the dark. Well i hope i get to keep these and my wife doesn't trade me the older version.

These a30 earbuds seem to work as advertised. It takes a few days to get used to them in your ears and be able to comfortably sleep. Reduces a large amount of noise and reduces the ringing in my ears somewhat, not completely but enough where I can fall asleep and get some rest at night.

Bought this for myself and I love it. I look forward to using these every night. I toss and turn a lot in my sleep and for the first days they would fall out three times a night but now that I’ve got the right silicone bud fit they fall out maybe once. Even when they fall out I don’t notice them gone so I’m still sound asleep. My whoop sleep score has improved since I started wearing these.

Lots to like but I hoped for more. The good: Love the app and especially that the A30 Special has a sleep app included. That app is available for about $9 per month so there is a savings. The sound quality is very good for sleep buds. Volume is lower than earbuds for daytime use, but this is to be expected. Included are a number of ear silicone and memory foam fittings are critical to find a comfortable fit. The case is compact and works well. Disappointments: I’m a side sleeper. While small this still ends up becoming uncomfortable to my ear while sleeping. I’ve done a lot of adjusting and can keep it in for up to three hours but by the time I take them out my ears are sore. I’m continuing to try to get used to them and constantly readjust the placement, but I would not buy again only because of the side sleeping comfort. If you sleep on your back you will probably love them.

Sound quality is good, battery life is amazing as always with anker, super low profile smallest buds ive used and i like that about them
