The phone calls are not great either. Very dissapointed. And I give it 2 stars because the sound quality is good.

ear hook too short

Without NC mode; it sounded like the audio was being blocked. Also, the part before ear buds is large and that made earbuds not stay in place.

60 days and one is not working
