Had to get the movie for my collection that’s basically it, DVD came in good condition.

Ok, maybe not exactly...It is, however, an absolute masterpiece in it's own right. The television show set the bar for parodies with it's biting, if not controversial, social commentary. It also drastically changed the landscape, and pushed the boundaries of adult-themed animation on television. Then the creators decided to cap off the 90s with their genre-defining full-length feature film which earned every bit of its hard 'R' rating. At the time of its release it even set a Guinness World Record for the most F-Bombs dropped in a movie! The series as a whole and the film itself helped set the tone for the new millennium and played a major role in changing the scope of TV for the better. Perhaps the craziest fact of all is that even now, in 2019, the series is still going strong and continues to push the boundaries of cable television. Amazing series and film created by two of the greatest minds in all of comedy. Heck, even their video games are masterpieces! Trey Parker and Matt Stone truly can do no wrong!

This movie is one of the best things to come out of South Park in it's entire 26 year run! While it's probably tame compared to later content, in 1999 this movie really pushed the envelope. I laugh every time I rewatch this film, and it's themes of scapegoating and censorship are still very much relevant to today's world! All in all a timeless comedy.

I’m a huge South Park fan & I love the movie I saw this in theaters back when it first came out & it’s still great. They’ve done a good job with making the picture better with it being on Blu-ray.

Truth is truth. Being able to take that truth and make it funny and eye opening at the same time is talent! If you're a South Park fan, this delivers on everything you love! I wish they'd make more! If you're sensible and easily offended, this is NOT for you! Though it brings out the irony in our culture in many ways (e.g. cussing seems to be worse than blood and guts unless it's real), it can get lost in people who refuse to listen rather than see. Trey and Matt use this concept over and over in this movie, and even flip it around to make their point more apparent. This movie is a classic! It's funny, ridiculous, insulting, offensive, and somehow still extremely thoughtful and telling. It's almost as if they predicted our demise into the extremely polarized world we live where death is an acceptable punishment for what we say. This isn't my only copy of this movie. It's just the best quality copy I have. I'll pass the DVD on to someone who is in need of enlightenment.

The difference between the South Park movie and Hamilton? I can watch South apart at home. And it’s better.

What can I say? South Park is one of the greatest animation shows ever! I love how the creators don't hold back and whether you agree with some of the comedy or not, I feel like it should be appreciated for that alone. If you're overly politically correct, this likely isn't the show or movie for you. If you're ok with harmless comedic Canadian bashing, gay mocking and raunchy humor in the vein of "Team America: World Police", this is the movie for you...Blame Canada!

South Park has always known how to skewer popular culture. This film is no different--here taking on film ratings. I particularly liked the fact that when I bought it, the computer prompted the clerk to ask for my ID, which, as I recall, was essentially the premise of the film. I'm sure Trey Parker and Matt Stone would have gotten a kick out of that.

Classic South Park that holds up kinda. If you watched it when it first came out or are more of a fan of the earlier seasons then this is for you. It’s a great musical though honestly. Also has tons of bonus content.

I have most of all the South Park seasons through blu ray and realized that I was missing the movie. So, decided to pick this up and am very happy to have this great movie in my collection. Well worth the purchase.

I have always enjoyed the sarcastic attacks on our society that South Park creators have brought to the fore. This DVD is a compilation of human foibles and hypocrisy that no fan of an enlightened world should be without. Yes! It is offensive. But it's an Equal Opportunity Offender.

You have to have been living under a rock or born after 1998 to not have seen this movie. One of the best shows on television spawned one of the greatest musical movies of all time. I cannot say enough excellent things about this movie, and it's on blu-ray! Get on it!

Still fun to watch, The satire is biting, the jokes crude but cutting. Of course, the profanity is over the top. . This was a great movie, just like the TV show, and I would watch if they made another one. If you have never watched Southpark this may not be the movie for you.

In typical southpark fashion no one is safe and nothing is sacred. This movie brings the comedy of the show to the big screen and the good times continue til the end. If you like the show you will enjoy this movie.

Made during south parks original height of popularity, figuring they were on the way out already the creators of South Park didn't hold back when making this movie as crude and funny as they could. Looks a bit primitive compared to more recent seasons but I still find it a very enjoyable musical

What more is there to say that this is South Park unrated and completely let loose if you are a fan of South Park and have not seen this, do it. If you are easily offended skip this movie!
