Richard Kelly's follow up to his astonishing first feature "Donnie Darko,' another extremely original film finds us in the near future which shows us that "this is the way the world ends..." The many storylines require multiple viewings to even begin to try to wrap your mind around it. After you start getting into it, its a strange mind trip. If you like movies that require multiple viewings...this is for you. If you like easy simple fare...stay away.

everyone should see this movie! it's like Dr. Strangelove for a new generation.it's the story of the road not taken and that's a good thing. no description could ever do this movie justice. just see it!! i saw this movie 4 times theatrically and never got bored. the more you watch it the better it gets. can't wait for the blu-ray, it has a commentary track! maybe someday a director's cut or cannes cut(this version is to be released in france b4 the end of the year on dvd)

A very entertaining story of what the present "could" be like if history had taken a differt path. To follow the story you MUST pay attention, but it is well worth it. A very good soundtrack, and clean special effects add to the whole "modern - future" scenerio. An all star cast keeps you either laughing or just guessing about who is working for who.

Don't believe all the negative reviews of this film. It is ambitious & far from the beaten path, but that is part of what makes it great. Worth watching for Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's performance alone in this near-future (well, now past) dystopian saga.

I thought this movie was great. I think this movie had the best cast of Actors I have seen put together. It was funny,smart, and had some great action. Everybody should see this movie

This movie is absolutely horrible. It is one of the rare occasions where you have an all-star cast that simply can't improve the horrible material they are presented with. I have heard that there is a book you have to read prior to watching the movie, but I can't see any literature improving this mess. It was simply dull and boring. Neither my brother nor I could make it all the way through this one. Rent it if you don't want to take my word for it.

A futuristic story that's to weird to get in to. There were alot of familar faces in this movie but, it was disappointing.
