I purchased this based on reviews and was worried at first, but after about 5 to 10 minutes I was in for the long haul. It's one of those series that make you upset when it's over, not because it's bad, but because it's that good. I am about to start my 2nd run through the whole series. It is definitely one that you want in your collection.

I’ve seen this series before and figured I loved it so why not buy it. Shipping was quick also which made it nice. Only thing was the outside of the box which covers the plastic case had some damage around the corners but nothing that affected the movies themselves

An alien hunter traveling the galaxies in search of life forms he's never seen before. Outstanding animation with a hilarious storyline. One of my son's favorites

The anime series that I watched was very good. It was funny and epic. The vacuum robot character named "Q.T." is very cut-ie.

The minds behind, Cowboy, Champloo, and FLCL created this little gem, and it's got similarities to all of those. Except it's more like the male-centric version of Excel Saga. ...If that didn't make any sense, this anime is as random as they come with all the cool stylized nuances of other Shinichirō Watanabe titles. Overly arrogant leads, a multi-ethnic supporting cast, wild floppy anime physics, and non sequitur endings. Voice acting is over the top in the outing, and if you've seen Bebop you'll recognize who it is. Animation goes from unbelievable to serial, all the time. This is a feast of colors for the eyes. The setting is outer space (again) but instead of a space opera it's more of a space comedy. As for the content of the episodes... the show gets so wacky that I'll just let you find out for yourselves what goes on. The set is worth having alone for it's contributions to anime, but to appreciate this show you'll have to take it in doses rather than binging. It isn't structural anyways so a couple episodes at a time won't interrupt any previous drama. Recommended.

I have a bad habit of rushing through series in one or two days. This one, however, I watched over a few weeks. Not because it was hard to get through, but because I wanted to enjoy it as long as possible, having known there probably wouldn't be more to see after I finished it. Very good series, highly recommend.

For anime most kinda blend all together but space dandy stands apart being a fun comedy that explores multitude of topics while being very dandy

Love watching Space Dandy and his crew of alien bounty hunters. Every episode is a riot exploding with colors and quirky scenarios. Must own!

But the actual Blu-Ray release could have been better. Very very light on special features in my opinion, and I would rather get a digital copy than the DVDs that I will likely never ever use. Still, the show is a classic.

Been waiting to buy this Show from Bestbuy for a while now and finally got it it. Well worth the money for blueray and dvd.

No but go watch it tho. Animation is good. Funny as hell
