    so far I'm having the time of my life with this new product.I love the way the machine has a real smooth and quite style.The trays comes out nice. My DVDs and CD's that I copy,comes out very well.My movie's all clear and sharp. Also my music that I copy also comes out Excellent,I will recommend this Product to my family and my friends. In closing,i am so happy now that I have the perfect product for me and it does get the job done.Thank you best buy.

    Found the devise very stable and reliable. My only limitation is the sensitivity of the duplication verification, it is very very sensitive so use the best quality DVD blanks and make sure the original is free of any scratches or defects. A real time saver for those of us who need to document and copy data and videos.

    This worked better that I imagined! So easy and fast! Just plug it in and turn it on, then boots up by itself and you are good to go. Highly recommend if you are making bulk copies.
