I do like the protection the cover gives to my device but the iPad cover is kind of awkward, I find it a little bulky.

I had the slim folio case just like Apple’s with the magnetic back attacking it to the iPad. Very low profile and attractive. Problem was, I never counted on others picking it up or holding it by the cover! Happened twice and it released. Thankfully, the iPad landed on a soft surface. Wasn’t going to risk that again, so searched for a better one. This Speck case is a nice middle ground between slim and protection and holds the iPad securely. I don’t have the pen, so not sure how well it’d hold, but don’t see why it wouldn’t hold it in place firmly. A great case for a great price. I really like how the lid will tuck under and out of the way too. That’s a bonus, especially in tight areas like on flights. iPad stands perfectly and takes up very little room. Also, with this cover, I can hang the iPad from the back of the seat in front of me using the lid with no concerns for it letting go of the iPad. We’ll made and designed.

Multifunctional case! It has a stand, camera cover that can be flipped back just to take photos and videos, offers great protection, and the case can be locked closed when not using your iPad. I love the muted lilac color which fits me. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The speck cover fits my iPad really well. So far it looks like it will provide the protection needed. I don’t think it will protect if the iPad is dropped… hopefully I won’t have to find that out. It is not bulky but on the slimmer side

This case was exactly what I wanted for my iPad. As a college student it keeps my Apple Pencil in a good spot and it gives room if you want to add a sleeve to the Apple Pencil but it also acts as a stand which is why I love this case

Overall happy with it. Only use when traveling on the plane. When use my iPad when not traveling take it out to put in the apple keyboard case. This case provides good protection however it is very difficult to remove the iPad to put it back in the keyboard case. Why I gave it 4 stars. If only using it wiykd have given it five.

This is a great case and kept my Ipad from breaking. I got the magic keyboard case after and it broke shortly after so I definitely recommend this one!

I purchased this Speck protective case for my 4th generation iPad Air 10.9" to use for both leisure and work purposes. The installation of the iPad Air into the case was a breeze and the case does hold the device very snug. With this being said if one needs to remove the case for any reason then one must be very delicate around the edges with the plastic mechanisms. One doesn't want to accidentally chip or break the plastic that holds the iPad Air in place. It is to be expected but I did find the use of this case a bit awkward when using my iPad to take photographs or video. There is a small flap that folds down off the camera lens to allow for picture/video taking but one also needs hold back the larger flap cover from getting in the way of the camera lens while taking a picture/video. Such an aspect feature would be a bit awkward for any folio case and regardless of brand. Other than the awkwardness with photo/video taking I am very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to anyone.

One of the best purchases i've made for my ipad pro. Very lightweight covers and protects my apple pencil and even has a snap lock on the side.

A great case. I dropped my iPad more times than I can count and no serious damages occurred. This is a good investment to protect your iPad.

Keeps the iPad protected well. Nice to use the case as a stand to watch videos and use for phone games. Like the magnetic camera cover to protect the camera lens.

Bought this as a present for my wife and she loves the feel, function, and color of the case. Leaves room for her Apple pencil as well. Would highly recommend.

Very protective case that I use when traveling to keep my iPad Pro safe. It literally protects from all sides and locks closed solidly. The adjustable stand options are great for various use angles. Knocking it one start for its weight (it feels like I’m doubling the weight of my iPad even though that’s not totally so). Also, it adds quite a bit of bulk taking away somewhat from the sleek, thin iPad design. That said, if you want a moderate-cost, very sturdy case and don’t mind the extra weight and bulk, it’s a fine case for that. I ordered a less expensive knock off of the overpriced Apple Smart Folio for only $20 on Amazon and am very happy with it for around-the-home use. This one is good for rugged protection on the road.
