I had been looking for a case for my LG G5 and found this one at Best Buy. I liked the way the case was constructed for protecting my phone, with a raised edge in the front to protect the screen and rubberized corners to absorb the shock of hitting the ground when dropped. I also like how the case feels when I hold it in my hand. It is not slick like previous cases I've owned have been. I can be reasonably confident that the phone won't slip out of my hand. It's sturdy construction also gives me the confidence to hold the phone more tightly than I had been without the case. Because the G5 is rather light and thin, I found myself holding the phone gingerly, afraid I might damage it if I gripped it too firmly. Another benefit of the case is that it makes it more difficult to press the volume buttons. Yes, you read that right. On the G5, the volume buttons are on the side of the phone, and I was constantly pressing them when I picked up the phone or was holding it to my ear. The rubberized button covers for the volume buttons makes pressing them harder, so I am no longer changing the volume every time I pick up the phone. The only problem I had was when I tried to attach my audio cable. The cable I had was relatively old and did not fit through the hole in the case that allowed access to the headphone jack. I had to buy an audio cable that did fit. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the case.

This softish clear case is not brittle plastic but some sort of soft possibly silicone and it fits like a glove. Protects front edge of the screen as it should and all ports are accessible. I like the clear unobtrusive color as it allows me to show off the good looks of my new LG G5 phone. It was higher price than I was used to paying for clunky hybrid 2 piece case/covers but I was looking for simplicity with safety and this offers both.

I needed a case for my new LG G5 fast and found 2 options at my Best Buy store that day. The other was a lower rated LifeProof case, all black and alot more expensive. I've never owned a Speck case before, I usually buy Otterbox to protect my electronics. I chose this case for the ratings, price and the look of it. I like the slim and clear look to see the details of my new phone. It's hard and smooth on the outside and rubbery for shock protection on the inside. I have noticed some pieces of sand that get inside the openings and sit inside the corners, but seems to fit pretty well otherwise. Sound is still good with the case on. The beveled edge means you don't have to get a screen protector if you don't want to. I really like the function and price and would recommend this back cover case!

I had one of two options when I purchased this case, this or the monstrosity that is the Otter Box. This case is sleek and simple, I haven't dropped my phone yet but I'm sure this case is enough protection. Only bad thing to say is that it can be a bit slippery at times, but hey, It's a Phone Case.

The case fits perfectly and has protected my G5 from a couple of accidental drops. The case is crystal clear and the phone looks great.

Good case fits snug. Already dropped it a few time. But still in good condition! The only downside is its kind of slick, that's the main reason why I've dropped it a few times. Other than that good case!

This phone case works fine, protects well from front scratches, but the LG G5 is a horrible phone for a screen protector (google the issues) - and the back side is extremely slick, when the front side (avoid due to screen protector issues) is grippy. Needless to say, the phone slides everywhere, and the phone itself occasionally pops up slightly from the case, making the volume buttons seem broken until you realize the phone is not aligned. Nice looking case though.

Perfect for someone who drops their phone a lot and doesn't like the bulkinrss you get with many cases. Nice fitting.

It is easy to snap on a camera. It is light weight and doesn't add bulk. You still feel the slowness of your camera.

Although it makes your phone a bit thicker, it's very durable. I've dropped my phone in that case so many times but it definitely protects my phone. Also it's clear so you can see the gorgeous color of the phone.

This keeps my son's phone pretty well protected. The price is great. So it deserves a 4 star for doing its job and being fairly priced. For better protection, you will need to find something heavier duty. So don't go dropping your phone like there's no tomorrow. But also - don't waste $80-$90 on an overpriced Otter product.

A previous otterbox fan, I was disappointed there were none available in stock when I purchased my phone. I decided to try this case based on the recommendation from the sales associate. I'm so glad I did! The fit is precise and snug. It offers easy grip and has proven itself more than capable of protecting my phone from drops.

This case fits the phone really well and the buttons are easy to use. I really like the design of the case and the way it protects without being too heavy or bulky . I would recommend this case.

the case fits my lg g5 perfectly. holes for camera and power button/fingerprint reader are precisely cut. the speaker is not blocked, as loud as it was. i like it is transparent and showcase the original phone. it is not bunky at all.

Perfect lightweight case for my Lg G5 phone. Protects against damage with lip around the front of the phone. I like that I can see everything on my camera through the clear case.

I purchased this case for my LG G5 because it was the only case available for that phone. I am pleased to say that this is a very good case that has protected my phone from drops and scratches. My plan was to only use this case until I found the one that I originally wanted. That plan went out the window after noticing how sturdy this case was. I also received some complements about the clear design.

This is a nice case letting the exterior of the phone show through. I have dropped my phone a few times already there is no damage to my phone at all.
