I bought my phone from best buy online near the beginning of July, Best Buy has a 14 return policy. It starts form the moment of purchase not delivery. So after 9 days i get my phone. Seems normal for the first 2 days. but after that it starts heating up and restarting constantly. Work I take it in to best buy when the weekend come since I cant get out of work. and they say they cant help, but LG should have it under warranty. This is when everything seems to get better, but i must haven been kidding my self because now its a nightmare. First off LG has great and friendly costumer service. But. Even if they are great at getting me all the stuff i need to send in my phone, the repair QA is terrible. Sent in my phone 2 times. and its still there. So I'm phone-less. Best Buy, need to edit there online policy. 14days form purchase does not work when it take 7 business days (plus the weekend) to arrive. A trade in would have gotten this taken care of 4 months ago. LG support tries but QA for repairs need work. Just because a phone turns on, does not mean it has no problems. I enjoyed my phone for a total of 4days with out issue. after that its either been unresponsive or out for repairs. - about a month sitting on a table. unable to turn on. - spent 1.5 months in the mail. - currently 19 days and still counting being repaired. I have all ways loved LG phones. And this has shaken my loyalty. My phone may not work, but at least I doesn't explode like some other brands... $703.61 after tax. Bought it with my first paycheck at my first job. Was so happy. I'm not sure how i feel any more..... And I'm still unsure if this a problem with the model or with mine personally.

I was not very happy with the CandyShell clear back cover for the G5. It did not feel very durable and the quality was not great. I returned it and purchased another product.

I ended up returning this product because I found another that was better and cheaper.

I would have liked more options but there was nothing available only the ugly outerbox. I guess it does the trick.

Does its job. Wish it had more edge and front protction.

The case is an amazing case. When I first got my phone, I looked into a really protective case like life proof or the otter box defender. But, when looking at the cases, I noticed they were really bulky and made it hard to take off, which makes it hard to switch out the battery. Also, many reviews said that the life proof case disabled the fingerprint feature, which was a feature I planned on using a lot. So after talking to a best buy employee, he recommended this case to me, and so far, I have LOVED it!! This case offers amazing protection, and is also very slim and lightweight. The case was rated for military drop testing, and after dropping my phone a couple times I can say it is true. The corners are well protected, and the edge comes up so that the phone won't land directly on the screen. It is also very clear, which allows me to see the excellent gunmetal color of my phone. It isn't hard to take off either, and it doesn't cover up the fingerprint reader. I would also recommend getting a zagg screen protector, cause I have one, and with these two thins combined, my phone is completely protected without having the bulk, which I need as I am slipping my phone in and out of my pocket all day at work. I would definitely recommend this case!

The LG that this is built for has a modular slot in the bottom, but this case is not designed to allow access to that. All it would have taken is a hinge, but instead you must remove the cover to access the port. Poor design. Unforgivable seeing that the port is the MAJOR selling point of the base product.

Seems to cover the speaker, sound is muffled. Haven't broken phone yet

Case protects phone well but it falls apart over time. On my 2nd one. Both started falling apart after only a couple months of use

Was the worst product referred to me by best buy!!!!
