I bought this case for my husband because of the grips on both sides of it. It really helps his large hands hold it securely and so far no drops. The extended ridge around the edge also protects the front screen if it were to drop face first. I am so glad I bought this case for him. I would like to see it come in more choices of colors.

I tried lots and bought some, and did not like most of them, but the Speck - CandyShell Grip Case - for Samsung Galaxy S7 Black/Slate Grey was the best one so far. the rubber lines help to keep it from sliding around on the dash of my truck, and helps to give it a great feel and sure grip. the color was just what i wanted .i bought one for my girls phone and she loves it in another color

This case has worked out wonderfully! Phone is very secured, and the contrasting color stripes are rubbery. They provide excellent traction to keep the phone from slipping out of your hand, or sliding off of a given surface so quickly. They colors are drab and/or generic, but functionally, it's fantastic!

Love the Candyshell Grip Case that I bought when I got my new S7 Samsung Galaxy! Have never had a case with the grippers on it and thought it might detract from the look of the case but it does not! My phone stays put instead of slipping and sliding around and is great protection for my investment.

This product is by far the best phone case I have ever purchased. The sides have "grips", that keep the phone secure in my hand and is a fantastic use of technology. I feel that it is highly unlikely that I would drop my phone because of these grips. Just wish there were more colors to choose from.

Protected my phone and screen from the occasional drop out of my hand or off the couch with minor damage to the case. The ridges make it a little harder to get in and out of pockets, but makes for a better grib on your phone. This is my go to case when I purchase new phones.

I like this case because it seems very protective. I have dropped my phone from my lap to the pavement when getting out of an SUV more than once. That's a pretty long drop. Phone survives every time. I also like the ribbing on this style. It makes it easy to hold the phone, not slippery at all.

Speck has always make terrific phone covers for the iPhone and I was hoping that, someday, they might make some for the Samsung Galaxy line of phones and they did! This lilac and grey phone cover fits beautifully, looks beautiful and protects my phone. What more can a girl as for!!!

Saw this on clearance online and purchased it for my wife for her S7. She already had two other cases and has started to use this one solely. Really liked the color scheme and also the "grippiness" of it. She thinks it will help reduce the number of times her phone slips out of her hand.

I bought this case because I didn't want to leave store without one. I am glad I did. I have looked for better ones and after my search this one is terrific. I am very happy with it. It protects the phone well. With ridges on case it doesn't slip out of hand or off table. Very satisfied.

This case works great for anyone with butterfingers who just doesn't trust themselves with a glass device. It's slim enough that it doesn't feel like an OtterBox, but it does feel hefty enough that I'm not afraid dropping it.

This case has got the protection you need and the grip you want so it wont slip out of your hand or off the table. I have drop my phone from 9 feet and not a dent or scratch. But make sure you get a screen protector to protect that precious screen of yours.

My wife couldn't find a case in the store that she really liked for her new S7, so we just bought this because it was cheap for her to put on her phone until she found a case she really liked. It was grippy and seemed like it would give good protection.

Very hard to find but fits like a glove. They are not carried in-store.

This has been the BEST CASE EVER!!! It so comfortable in my pocket, hand and on my phone. It really protects my phone and also keeps it from sliding off the table. I do recommend! Make sure you get a screen protector though to fully protect your phone!!!
