This case was on the discounted rack at my local Best Buy for some reason although other colors were not. I happened to like the color so I got it. I was looking for a lightweight, less-intrusive case that would provide decent protection as well as be grippy in the hand so as not to slip and this case fits the bill perfectly. Although I thankfully have not dropped the phone yet (mostly due to the grip of this case), I don't expect anything would happen if I did. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 is that there are clearly better looking cases out there, but they are significantly more expensive, not better.

This case is lightweight but protects the phone. I like the rubber on the back that helps reduce the possibility of slipping out of your hand. Great case for the price.

so far no problems, but, lots of users complain about the grippy material coming off. Will need to use more to see. Perfect and easy fit for my Iphone 8 plus.Excellent grip, lightweight.Will add later review if problems come up.

I bought this after having no less than 10 speck cases before, and I am never not impressed. Speck did it again! Lightweight, slim, protective. Although the price is a little on the high side, I very strongly recommend this.

The Grip case provides a secure way to keep a handle on your phone and provides the kind of protection that you are looking for. Barring a total mishap it protects your phone from falls and knocking about. It feels good in the hand and doesn't increase the weight by much. A very good product.

Case is a thin, lightweight case and fits the iPhone 7 plus like a glove. It has good grips on the side that also covers the back to help with holding it. The only drawback is that it does not have a front cover so the glass front of the phone is exposed unless you purchased a phone shield cover.

I’ve honestly been a little disappointed in this case. The pros: It is lightweight, feels secure and not slippery in the hand, and does a reasonable job protecting my iPhone 7+ from accidental drops. The cons: It has not lasted as well as I expected. The rubberized piece surrounding the lightning port wore out within in a few months and the case itself has lost structural integrity. Within six months it was pretty beat up with only one drop. I would probably not buy this again. I used to be a fan of Speck, but this is the second product in a year that has not held up with light use.

I was using the Speck case with the 6S and purchase this for my 8 plus. This is even better than the old one. It's lighter but just as strong.

I purchased this case for my new iPhone 7 plus and I love it. I wanted something lightweight but at the same time sturdy enough to protect my phone. This case is perfect. IIke it better than the Apple iPhone cases and it was half the price.

This case is simple, lightweight, and effective. It allows you to add protection to your phone without adding heft or drastically increasing the dimensions, so it still fits in your pocket.

Ever since I got my hands on this type of cover I keep coming back to it. Its light yet sturdy, and it gives enough grip that makes texting/writing much easier.

Bought previous version for iPhone 6s Plus, this one is even better. Case is lighter but still provide nice grip to the phone.

This case is very thin, light weight and it's not slippery at all. I love having it, and it doesn't scratch as easily as others.
