Phone case for previous I-Phone was open with easy access to buttons. This is disappointing since it was purchased due to Speck reputation. Am considering purchase of a different case.

When I took out toe old filter I realized the one I bought was wrong. Although I had removed a piece of foil from the new filter I hadn't attempted to use it and put it back in its package. I returned it to Best Buy and they exchanged it for the correct filter. I installed it and everything works fine.
