My first experience with replacing an iphone (at the AT&T store) was a heart wrenching disaster. All my data and photos (of our first grandson) was lost. I was reluctant in having to replace another phone. I was recently forced in to having to update my phone and am thankful I decided to try Best Buy! I'm so very appreciative of the excellent service I received and still had ALL my data and photos. Will never go anywhere else!

Hard Plastic - Speck Clear grip case

I found that the Speck Presidio clear grip case was just to much of a hard plastic. I could not put volume up or down. I"ve had another speck grip case for 4 years & loved it. So I was completely dissapointed when I tried this on my Iphone 12 PRO - Max. I returned ot to Best Buy no problems, I bought Raptic clear case & love it!

When the case is on the lock button and volume buttons are quite hard to press. I don’t recommend this case for iPhone 12 pro max. I had higher expectation because I had previously used this brand of case and it worked perfectly, not this time.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First of all you can’t beat the price and it is a good case the most complained thing I see is the buttons are more hard to push which yes yes they are they do loosen up SOME overtime but it does take a little extra to push what buttons you want to with all that said it’s a wicked nice case especially for the price and it’s MagSafe compatible I only gave it a 4 star because of the button hardness which like I said isn’t hard to get use to.
