The side buttons won't turn the phone on or off or allow you to download an app and the volume buttons won't work. I had to go purchase another case. I got my phone first and it wouldn't work. When my husband got his phone he tried it and realized how bad it was and got a different case for his phone.

I get this speck cause and a new zagg and first day as soon as I get on I drop it (while in case and protector) and shatter not only the back glass, but my camera and zagg protector as well! Now I’m $300-$400’in the hole

I have very strong fingers & still can’t manage. I’ve had great Speck cases in the past, this isn’t one. Buy a different case.
