The case is beautiful it does its job well havent had an issue with falls. I give it four stars because the consistency of the case is soft but slippery and when in pocket its gathers dust all over. But pretty much its a good case that gets the work done

I love the case. It has excellent grip so no fear of phone slipping from my hand. The only issues are dirt sticking to the case and sometimes a bit of struggle to put it into my jeans pocket because of the overall size of the phone and case.

This case offers great protection while not being too big or bulky. Textured surface gives you a good grip on phone. Downside to textured grip is it can be difficult to put into your pockets at times and will collect some lint and dust.

Phone is extremely well protected upon the back and sides. No screen cover, so keep that in mind. Is very solid, but also big. Does feel very good in the hand. Is not slippery at all.

This case provides the grip needed for working hands. The color palette is very striking and the buttons are well built and satisfying to use.

I got my iPhone XS Max launch day and dealt with a cheap case I bought from an internet rainforest as I was waiting for stores to stock ones from the reliable companies. As I was looking at the Best Buy site, I came across this case from Speck as well as one from Otterbox that I wanted to look at. While the Otterbox cases looked their normal style (and are my usual pick), the Speck case stood out with its red color black buttons and trim so it won out. The first thing I noticed was the red "rubber" (not sure what it is actually made of) stands out which is great since I tend to misplace or forget where I put things with far too much ease. With this, finding it has been pretty easy. Next is the feel of the case. The material despite looking smooth has a great grip to it. You can hold on on with this very easily and on a huge plus, it doesn't drag or get hung up in pockets or bags like some other high grip cases. The buttons are very easy to use. There is just enough stiffness to them that they don't make "phantom" touches thanks to keys or anything else brushing up against them. Finally, something I didn't know I wanted: the Wheel of Silence! I'm sure Speck has a better name for it but I like Wheel of Silence. Anyway, instead of an open area to reach for the silent switch or something else that doesn't quite feel like it works, they have a little wheel, a little dial that sits over the button that keeps that area closed but makes turning the system sounds on and off a breeze.

This case makes my iPhone XS max a little bulkier, but I feel it will protect my phone if I drop it. At times the case does feel very slippery in my hand, which I thought the material it’s made out of should prevent that.

This is the first case that has not broken within a few weeks! I love the color and the texture. My favorite part is the nob to turn the volume on and off!!

Yes, your phone will be dropped! I continueally buy speck cases and it continues to protect my iPhone and a bonus is the case keeps looking new.

I get this case for every phone I’ve owned. Slim and protects the speaker and charge port from debris

This is the most durable case I’ve ever bought for my iPhone. I’ve had them on my last 3 phones and I’ve never had my phone damaged from a fall.

Overall great protection for your device. Bright color makes it stand out and grab attention. No issues with grip either.

Not a perfect case, but I like it a lot. Gathers a lot of pocket lint and volume switch isn’t great, but other than that it is a good case. Protective and slim.

Great case! I love how it looks and feels, and it has surprisingly lasted for over a year without any cosmetic damage nor any damage to my iPhone. Lemme tell you about that mute switch mechanism though!! It's so easy and fun to use, and I was lowkey addicted to using it--you'll see what I mean when you put this case on your phone and start using it.

This case provides great protection without adding the bulk a very wise investment for such an awesome phone!

Great case to protect your $1100 dollar phone. It’s super grippy and can tell it offers great protection.

I’m pleased that I purchased this case. My last few cases have also been Speck, so I knew that I was getting a quality product that would be able to withstand my clumsiness. At the time when I 1st bought this case, the new iPhone XS had just come out and there really wasn’t a big selection of cases to choose from. So, when I first purchased this case, I must admit I was a little bummed bc of the somewhat not very exciting look, however it’s come to grow on me and it hasn’t failed me yet. Some of the pros: It has a secure feeling grip, the material used is soft yet durable & most importantly NOT slippery. The case provides a good level of security for the controls, as well as having a plug at the bottom, for when not charging IPhone XS Max. Thus keeping out dust, dirt & H2O. Im not sure if the odd circular & protruding on/off volume dial/button is a pro or con. So for now I’ll leave it as “neutral”. So going into what kept it from receiving 5 stars is that odd dial button. That up until I started writing this review, I was not even aware that it was a ‘dial’ that you could turn, instead I assumed that the rare time that I unintentionally used the dial, I assumed that it had been accidentally pushed to the volume ‘off’. This also caught me a bit by surprise bc I couldn’t figure out why the phone wasn’t ringing until I took it out of its case. Human error on that one, so I will bump up the 4 to a 4.5. Really the reasons why I didn’t give it a 5 star rating, really has more to do w/esthetics. The aforementioned knob/dial that sticks out a bit too far & also the material that the case is made of, which I love bc it allows the user to have a sturdy grip however it takes on every fingerprint, smudge & anything else to give the case kind of a slightly messy/unpolished look. All things considered, this is a really nice case, especially for the clumsy types, like myself. Originally I was planning on getting a different case when there was more of a variety but I’ve had it for almost 4 months now and I haven’t even thought again about a new case. I think I’ll be sticking with this Speck Presidio for a while and with that; YES, I would recommend this case.

It has kept my phone nice and safe and is easy to hold on too.
