Purchased this for my new iPhone as I had one just like it for my previous one. It is a very grippy case so it's hard for it to slip out of your hands which is nice. It also offers very good protection and is sturdy and the dial for the mute button is just super cool to me. Good looking case at a good price.

Very happy with this case. Has protected my XSMax from several falls. Fits well. This is my second one, because the first one I had tore on the little band just in front of the lightning connector cover, so there’s a little caveat. Every time I wish the case texture was rougher, I think of having to pull it out of my pocket and realize it’s just right.

Overall I really do enjoy this iPhone XS Max case. The quality is there and it was at a decent price. A couple of things I would change is the dial that controls the Silence/Vibrate/Ring switch. It sticks out just a little bit too much, but it's nothing terrible. The material of the case is nice, it's just that you're gonna have to clean it often because it attracts lint/dust/hair if you keep it in your pocket or if you place it anywhere. Not a huge deal, I tend to clean my case/iPhone frequently. The black and gunmetal color option is very nice, love seeing more items come in a space grey/gunmetal color. And the flap that covers the lightning port on my phone is perfect, I like having cases that cover that port to keep it a little cleaner from debris, and just to protect it in general. I would definitely purchase this case again if I needed a replacement, and I would definitely purchase from Speck again if they keep up the good work.

I drop my iPhone - like everyone else. I was looking for a cover that wasn't extremely bulky but provided some safety. I also like the red case so it's easier to find on a table or chair. It is not so bulky so it works with a charging pad.

The buttons on this case feel great, as usual for Speck. The back has a grip to it. There are only two things I think could be improved. The switch for the volume is a little annoying. It can be difficult to grip, and I sometimes forget which way to flip it. The other thing is that due to the texture of the phone, it tends to hold onto dirt.

Keeps your phone safe and functional without making it heavy or losing functionality. Good case. Only issue was the price, but with everything that works with Apple products; the price is expensive because they know if you will pay that much for a phone you will do the same to keep it from getting damaged.

I’ve always used otterbox but they weren’t available on release in the commuter series. Went with this speck case hesitantly. Haven’t pushed it to see how much drop protection it affords but it’s done great with the minor drops in day to day use. Not too much bulkier on the already enormous xsmax. No complaints

I really love this case. It has some grip to it so some times is will pull your pocket out when you grab your phone. It’s super protective and I love that I don’t need to try to sick my finger in a tiny hole to mute or unmute my phone.

I would recommend this case to anyone who has or getting the xs max plus I’m clumsy so I drop my phone sometimes lol this case is so protective also it’s a comfortable fit in your hands plus I love the switch on the side it’s cute

Wasn’t familiar with the Spect brand but am enjoying using it on my new iPhone X ES Max. It provides good grip but is easy to retrieve out of my pocket. I like the way the power port seals when not in use. And it doesn’t add bulk.

This case is protective to the Max! Literally, this covers every part of the IPhone XS Max. It’s very heavy and adds weight to an already heavy phone, but my husband loves it for his job. It offers great drop protection and keeps the phone clean. (Con: dust clings to the silicone)

I looked to a case that had good protection if dropped, felt good in your hand, and did not slip (grippy material) if I laid it anywhere. Having found this case in a beautiful color and meeting my criteria, I am thrilled.

This phone case is great first phone case for a new phone. It’s so slim and sleek, not too bulky, and can easily be gripped. I love the color of the case, as there are many options, but the red is very eye-catching.

I love this brand I get it for every device I have. It's thin and works amazing. Never have gotten a cracked screen even without a screen protector. Just wish it was a little less in price.

Awesome case! Been using speck cases for years, one of their better designs! Bulky in pocket and silicone casing can be hard to remove from pocket but I’ve dropped phone twice so far and nothing.

My old case broken. So I was on a search for a new case. Found this case on the clearance isle. The case is strong, protects my phone, and feels great in my hand. Love This Case.

The texture is awesome and the design is minimal. I have an 18-month-old who is constantly stealing and dropping my phone and this thing holds its weight. It's the "Ferrari red" of cases.

this case is easy to get on and off the phone. it provides great protection and feels good in your hand, e.g. firm, plastic is velvety soft. it also matches the band on my Apple Watch

Phone is extremely well protected upon the back and sides. No screen cover, so keep that in mind. Is very solid, but also big. Does feel very good in the hand. Is not slippery at all.

Feels substantial and protective. The weight is nice and the texture is good. The buttons work well, I just don’t love the knob that silences the iPhone - it’s a little too bulky on the side of the phone case.
