In the future I'll just go with a bright case. Clear cases are hard and slippery. Have super glued strips of non-skid shelf liner to the sides of the case to assure I don't loose my grip. Case fits very tight on the phone, not easy to remove, which I had heard one ought to do when charging. Have decided to forgo removal --hope it doesn't shorten battery life. The case is about the same thickness as other cases I've owned, which should adequately protect the phone. The camera lens area on the back of the phone is large and protrudes from the surface. Case is not going to be much help in protecting lens from scratches, but I don't see any way it could given the phone design, so that's on Apple.
