A lot cheaper than at the Sprint store and the customer service was great. Can't remember the young ladies name but she went out of her way to assist me evening going to the back searching for what I would like.

Havent dropped my phone yet so have no idea how it withstands to drops, but I hope i dont have to find out anytime soon lol

I would recommend that when the representative asks for a password they get the name correct . As my google account will not unlock my Samsung account.
