i like the case. its really nice with the holster.

I liked this case at first for it’s ability to take a fall, but the charging port cover came off within a month, and the outer bumper developed cracks after 2 months.

I wasn’t excited about this case but once I put it on I regret the whole purchase. I threw it away after a month. Definitely need to reconsider options next time

I received this case this morning and noticed the box looked worn out. Upon taking the case out of the box, I see there are many scratches and signs of wear on the case, which makes me question how thoroughly Best Buy employees inspect items before taking returns. This has made me more hesitant to spending my money here.

Did not hold up to normal usage. Needed replacing less than 12 months later. The case now has cracks on the outer case.

The clip, charger cover, and the case broke after 3 days of purchase. It was never dropped after the purchase and was not used roughly. We bought the case because it was drop tested 15 feet and military grade. It was the worst case I have ever purchased.

I saw this case in person with a Speck Rep at the ATT store when I purchased my iPhone 8+. He told me it was only available at Best Buy and the store was always out of stock but I was so happy to see it on sale online during Black Friday/Cyber Monday so I ordered it! I have been a loyal OtterBox customer because I drop my phone all the time but with my first iPhone plus purchase it was just too bulky. I loved the idea of being able to take off the "bumper" part of this case and carry a normal case if I needed too. My negative feelins come from the plastic this is made out of, is very slippery and hard to grip! So I really done like it! However.....I previously purchased the Speck Presidio Grip case and tried to put that on with the Ultra outer bumper and it works! So now the back of my phone has a better grip and outer protection as I need it if I drop my phone! They should have made this out of a better material :(

I’ve had this case for maybe three weeks and it cracked already. One star because I couldn’t leave none.

The case itself is fine. Exactly what I was looking for. Rugged yet slim. The holster needs work. They tried to create a holster that can be adjusted to any angle. This designs creates a few problems. 1) The holster sits very high on your belt 2) No locking mechanism on the belt clip allows the holster to swing freely. 3) Use a spring clip instead of a flat clip. This makes it hard to put on and remove. Fix these three things and you'll have the perfect case/holster combo.

This case was a joke, for the cost save yourself the time and the headache. Get an actual protective case over this piece of garbage. Already replaced it with the Otterbox defender again. This case broke on both sides of the frame from falling less than 3 feet off a chair.
