I don’t know why but after two days of trying to figure out why the new phone was having trouble my friend suggested taking the case off and it worked perfectly.

We went to Best Buy and Justice was super helpful. He helped us pick the right phone. This is a super phone and is a great fit for what my daughter wanted.
