She has always given good reviews of this brand so I bought this for her. I get that light colors tend to get dirty over time which is understandable, but it turned all gray in two days, mind you that she works from home and never puts her phone in her pockets, and she takes good care of her things, we have no children. It was just regular use. The material doesn’t feel like it’s good quality either. We expected more given it’s a $40 phone cover. The only reason we didn’t take it back is because she threw the receipt and the box away. I’d recommend just getting an otterbox.

Within week it went from lilac to brown. I couldn’t return it as I was out of town when the return window closed :( I was so so disappointed with this purchase. Waste of $18

No unusual wear and tear or handling; it just started to peel off. Pretty lame for a $50 case. So yeah, avoid the Speck matte cases at all costs.
