    While the phone was good the help was not ,the clerk sold me the phone and when i asked if he could do the phone transfer if my stuff from my old phone the new 600 + phone he said he couldn’t and wouldn’t ,if I know that before I paid for the phone I would not have bought it at Best Buy .
