It was time to upgrade needing more ram and storage. This one fit the bill nicely. Great display and clear sound. Plays my golf game wonderfully and has some really nice camera features. Overall a really good value.

The case is perfect and fits snug around the mobile phone. The bevel around the camera lens ensure it is well protected. No scratches observed, even after use in and out of a handbag. The case is sleek and not bulky. The case does show fingerprints on the back but is easy to wipe clean.

Recently got a new phone and of course, I knew it needed drop protection. I looked at Otterbox but didn't see a case with a raised lip to protect the screen. This Speck Hero case has the lip and a nice grippy feel all over feel with some extra corner protection. Nice touch. Slim and sleek. Fits comfortable in your pocket and reminds me of the Otterbox I had on my last phone. A definite thumbs up.

It's a really nice cover for your phone. It's soft but sturdy and each time I've dropped my phone, it held up nicely, protecting my phone from damage. It's not too big so you're not putting too much into your pocket either.

So easy to use. I needed an upgrade because an app i needed to download needed a newer version to be compatible. Tried version of phone on the floor and was really impressed at how easy it was to use. I needed a working phone when i left the store. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and listened to exactly what i needed.

The Impact Hero Slim is nice. This part of the phone cover protects my phone nicely, and I can see it better in my purse since it is black. The only item that is lacking is a small landyard to grab my phone when I am in a hurry.

I previously had a decorative cover and was a bit disappointed at first with this one in solid black. But as I now look at it I see the cover as very sleek and clean in appearance and I could personalize it without clashing with a fixed pattern.

I am very happy with this phone! I love that is has a built in app for the user guide for it, since Im old and technology challenged..lol! I did not like the customer service I received though. I asked for help transferring things over from my old iPhone and the young man that was "helping " me acted like he could care less and just told me to follow the prompts and I could do it myself. It took me 3 days, much searching the web, and phone calls to customer service befI gotthings right. I was not happy about that at all. But I love the phone!!!

I was surprised how smooth (and sliperry) the phone feels when in this case. The first week, I kept fearing that I would drop it. I have already dropped my phone once (not because of the case) and the case protected it very well. I am pleased with it, but would prefer a case that I can grab better.

The phone case i bought was an excellent choice , the case does exactly what i need it to do. I brought the case due to a young lady that works in.the phone department, she helped me find it after i told her what i wanted and how much i wanted to spend. She gave me excellent customer service something that is unique this day & time.I applaud Best Buy for hiring people such as this young lady. Best Buy continue to hire people like this young lady and I know you will be successful in.all your goals & endeavors.

Fit my A17 phone perfectly! I was a bit hesitate about purchasing it since I didn't have my phone with me, but glad I did.

I have sweaty hands and I live in a state where the humidity is super high. but my phone has not slip thru my hands at all since I got it.

Works great I'd buy it again. I use it every day. Very satisfied.
