Snaps on my MacBook Air easily and protects it, but would not protect from a drop. Just useful to protect the outter finish from scratches.

Speck cover protects my Mac Air from scratches and accidental spill. Had one for my Mac ro for over a year and still working fine.

I bought a Speck case when I first got my Macbook Pro 13' retina since it was the most accessible laptop case for the model I have. It's ideal for people who work in low-impact situations. After a year and a half, I've only had a few nicks and scratches from everyday wear and tear.

You would buy a protective case for your iPhone, wouldn't you? Fits perfect and adds some personality to your laptop.

I love the color. It stays on great. It didn't make my laptop slippery or anything. But... I recommend that you be extremely cautious when putting the case on. Any finger prints or dust become painfully noticeable if they get on the inside of the case... I still love it though :)

This is a great case. My husband loves the color and it makes the Mac cool. I believe this is the only case for my MacBook air. It does have very small plastic bits that keep the cover on. This is the third case that I've had all the same. So I must like it.

These covers add a little personality to your MacBook. They look great and add a bit of protection.
