I saw this cover on line at best buy. Never thought about a cover for my husbands mac air computer. But when I saw this one i thought it was sleek and clean also you can see the apple logo too. We got it and it was more than I expected. My husband loves it and when he is ready to upgrade I'm sure his computer won't have any scratches on it. It looks great too. Perfect gift with the gift of a Mac air.

Very expensive for what amounts to two pieces of extruded/heat-formed plastic, however, when it is new, it fits like a glove. I bought one for my father and he loved it, so I got one for myself 6 months later. Long story short - fits great, keeps the metal free of scratches, feels good in your hand, makes your MBA feel 50% heavier, and I would be surprised if this thing lasts 18 months without completely disintegrating. Here we are, 9 months from purchase, and the tiny clips that keep the bottom half attached are beginning to break down - it is still holding on so far but I don't think I'll get a year out of it. On my father's, he has actually lost a small piece of plastic from the side - inexplicable given the low-traffic area near the ports from whence it came. I attribute these issues to inconsistent quality in the material - Speck sells millions of these things for $50+. Given these issues I would like to see them at half the price so you don't feel bad trashing it after a year.

The cover is good and sleek looking and the grip is very good

I had difficult time choosing between neon pink and neon yellow. But finally decided to choose this one. Looks very cool in dim lighted environment, looks like its glowing! Received many compliments about this so far:) It does protect my macbook air, and it didn't leave scratches.

The cover fits the Macbook Air well. It took a little fiddling to get on just right but it fits like a glove. Not sure how easily it will come off, though. Also wish BB had a matte version for the Macbook Air in-store but they only had them available for the Macbook Pro. Oh well.
