    I never owned a mac before and figured I'd buy this since it would be my laptop for the next 5 years or something. I am satisfied with this purchase so far. The only thing "wrong" with it is that the bottom half of the case is a little loose on the top corners and you can see my fingers leave marks on the case. Other than that the case is pretty great.

    The Speck See-Thru cases provide great protection for your MacBook Pro. The colors give your laptop a solid matte color look, but still let the Applo logo shine through. Great cut outs around all the ports and over all great shell.

    So I bought a MacBook Pro Mid 2012 but wished there were more color options. I like that this shell protects my device and I will just either get it painted or buy a sticker to go over the Mac and then have a shell. Otherwise. This shell does the job without all the eye catching colors that Speck offers.

    It took me awhile to find a pink case for my model of the MacBook Pro. I've only had it for a short time so can't speak on durability, but the fit is perfect. Color is very vibrant.

    I decided to go with the black case to avoid getting it dirty. There were many colors available from the same brand but so far, it has been great. It protects my laptop and it never looks dirty.
